Place was alright. Felt a little annoyed that prices get a little cheaper at 6:00, it was 5:58 and no one behind the counter said “hey, wait 2 minutes, and you’ll save 10%”.

Literally the worst bowling alley in Wisconsin that I have ever been to. They don’t answer their phones, they are literally always having a tournament. I went 2 weeks in a row to try to have a bowling date night & was told both times that they didn’t have lanes available 10pm because of tournaments??? Maybe don’t be open to the public if tournaments are going to be the only thing you guys prioritize. Horrible horrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is the most disgusting, broken down, and horrid bowling center I have ever been to. To have a state bowling tournament at this center was absolutely ridiculous. I paid a lot of money to do this tournament just to be put on a broken down pair, struggle with that for 2 games, moved 30 lanes down, and told we have to hurry because of the next squad coming in. If I could leave 0 or negative stars, I would. This was the crumbiest state tournament I have ever participated in. If it is ever held here again, I will not be participating. As you can see by the pictures, this center does not qualify as a USBC state tournament center. It is far from it. Very disappointing to say the least.

Called multiple times to come and find out if you had any lanes available. Every time I called no one picked up and when I decided to show up 30 minutes after opening I was told you were having a tournament until 10 PM. Would have been nice if staff picked up the phone especially since I physically saw multiple employees just standing around and joking.

I am only giving one star because the food was good. The fact that you run out of 4 different kinds of beer during a state tournament is completely uncalled for. Our hands and balls were so dirty also. Can only hope you don't get the bid again or at least learn how to run it professionally.

The lanes are always breaking, our bowling balls come back with scars, as a person who comes here very often, I don’t see any improvements to the machinery. However the service is very great and each employee treats us with respect. I don’t think these lanes will ever get fixed though and it is truely disappointing

Most of the lanes were broken for a state tournament and the prices were outrageous.

Fun times. Sunday buy 2 games get the 3rd for $6 and a $5 arcade card. It was great for my Grandson's Birthday!

Staff was friendly, pizza was good, but these lanes haven't been maintained in ages. Bowling was super slow as things kept breaking down - and we even needed to change lanes in the middle of a tournament, which is a huge black eye for this center. I hope that the USBC steers the tournament away from these lanes in the future, unless they start caring for their bowling equipment.

I had just participated in a state tournament at these lanes. They literally had nothing in stock and over priced what they did have. Many in my group waited hours for orders or for their change. Some requested refunds. I was very disappointed and hope the Wisconsin Bowling Association will exclude them from further tournaments. State tournaments bring lots of business and this was a lost opportunity for them.

Friendly staff. Decent menu selection; but based on the folks that I was with who had ordered food there, they said the food wasn't very good. Thought the cost of drinks was expensive & that limited the amount of drinks that some of the folks i was with ordered. The facility didn't seem like a good setup for the women's state bowling tournament.

Nice place, lots of lanes and a small gaming area. It is quite expensive nowadays for bowling so I only take the kids on rare occasions now unless I can get some Groupon deals or something.

I tried to reserve a lane online for my family and I because I had a gift card from the holidays and wanted to take my family . When I went to checkout , there was no option for a gift card so I called . A woman answered and I explained to her if I could just reserve over the phone because my gift card wasn’t an option for payment . She said I would be unable to and that it was just first come first serve . I started to ask her why the gift card option wasn’t available to get some more information and she cut me off, saying she didn’t know and that she had a line of people and a tournament there. I tried to tell her she didn’t have to be rude and that I understand but before I could get it all out she hung up the phone on me . I tried to call back twice and she hung up both times without me being able to say anything. Very disappointed and now I will most likely be giving my gift cards away.
