This was the perfect location for a concert at the Fiserv Forum. My only complaint was the $38 it cost to park your car/valet (no free parking)

It is a nice location, but I will never return to this Marriot facility. It is very poorly run.Very small rooms! The back of the shower is a frosted glass wall that looks directly into the shower, and is VERY see through! Don't expect privacy of your staying with others.Toilet stall door is a rolling door with open sides looking into the toilet stall. The towel rack was literally falling off the wall.No sitting area with the exception of a built in bench against the window wall facing the bed.Mattresses are full of urine or wetting stains.Sheets come off while sleeping because they use queen size sheets on king size mattresses.Poster that is attached to headboard area above the bed was falling off of the wall.VERY poor lighting! They're obviously trying to conserve energy, but to what extent? It's very dark in the rooms and shower area. The emergency exit sign in the hallway by room 3015 has the arrow pointing into room 3015 instead of to the left down the hallway. So check out your own emergency route. I wouldn't trust the signage. This is currently being reported to the Milwaukee fire department authorities, as it is a critical life-saving device in an emergency. The parking for the facility is Valet ONLY and cost $20 for the day and $38 for overnight. The valet are very friendly but it took us over 15 minutes to get in to have the car parked, and the cars were lined up 25 deep. There is other parking across the street for $55 for the day.Rooms: Very small rooms! The back of the shower is a frosted glass wall that looks directly into the shower, and is VERY see through! I think I liked this hotel :) The staff was really nice, I especially appreciate the valet for putting up with me and my boyfriend being in and out like 6 times a day (pretty late some nights) for Anime Milwaukee. Our toilet was a little bit janky and my pillowcase had stains on it, but it seemed nice enough besides that. I was able to log into Netflix on the TV and the AC/heat was nice and easy to use. I saw the parade from my room over the weekend which was pretty sick. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to light sleepers though, the street traffic and doors slamming kept waking me up at night/early in the morning, they do offer earplugs and whitenoise machines though. My room didn't have a DND sign that I could find, but housekeeping knocked and waited for an answer luckily. My biggest qualm was that the pool was closed, which I didn't see anywhere before I booked my stay :( On the opposite end, I liked that they had a vegan breakfast option! I very much appreciated that. Overall, an alright place to stay, it was pretty cheap compared to other hotels I was looking into.

Don't use the Valet they stole from my car. I called the hotel and they told me to call the company valet company out of Nashville. Didn't seem like the hotel management cared. I filed a report with the

The hotel itself was great and I absolutely loved the location.I’m mainly writing this review to give praise to the valet. His name was Daniel and he did a phenomenal job. It was freezing cold outside and yet he always maintained a positive attitude the entire time. His exceptional performance proved me to that customer service is not completely dead.If you get a chance to read this, keep it up Daniel. That attitude will get you far in life sir.

Amber is the best thing that happened to Aloft! If she leaves that place will go down the drain! She's always friendly makes time for you! Hospitality is the definition of Amber! She's a great person.

This place is ridiculous.Im 17 years old and my mom was calling me about the hotel, they couldn’t get into the hotel into they had reservations online and even showed the lady manager her reservations and wouldn’t let her in, she’s currently filing for a credit card fraud and scam, $200 was stolen from my mother by the hotel, I would not even go near this place, seriously my mother is taken my 10 year sister to a Disney skiing event the hotel has the balls to do that? This is ridiculous, do not go to this place, it’s a scam and will steal your money out of your account. Next time I’m getting the police involved with the hotel because this is ridiculous, so I gave my mom money to check into a different hotel. I am never ever recommending this place and I hope the manager and everyone else at the front gets fired

We had a great stay here! Our room and the whole hotel were very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. My kids favorite part…the pool was WARM like bath water. They played for hours. It’s a quick 2 minute walk to Fiserv. We’ll definitely be back again!

Hotel Review Update: Our initial experience upon arrival was less than satisfactory. The front desk check-in was marred by rudeness and apparent irritation at our presence. However, a ray of hope emerged in the form of Assistant Aloha Desk Manager, Amber B., who intervened to assist with paperwork for our dog's stay. Despite our logistical challenges—juggling luggage, two children, and a pet—she insisted on immediate completion of the forms.Due to the overwhelming load, I politely requested to settle in first before addressing the paperwork. While Amber initially agreed, the situation escalated upon my return downstairs. She began to berate me, even following me to retrieve the paperwork despite my assurance that I could manage it myself. This confrontation continued until the elevator doors closed, with Amber resorting to disrespectful language.Upon returning with the necessary documents, we encountered a further delay at the front desk, during which Amber resumed her tirade in front of my children. This behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere, prompting us to decide to check out despite the late hour. Shockingly, Amber's response was dismissive and hostile, even threatening to tarnish our reputation with a negative review on our account.Overall, this incident, exacerbated by Amber's volatile conduct, made our stay deeply unpleasant. We advise against choosing this establishment for your accommodation needs.

If you are going to any event in the Deer District (Panthers stadium or Fiserv Forum) or just bar hopping, then you will not be disappointed in the location of this hotel!! It is where ya wanna be. I'll start off with the 'cons' of my stay because they are minor. I knew they were doing remodeling in the lobby. So it wasn't a surprise. You still had access to the majority of it. Bar, seating, and breakfast area. However, I didn't anticipate work on the floor that I was staying on. It seemed disheveled. Large light fixtures covers were laying against the walls when I got off the elevator. Parts of the building were tarped and taped off. It kind of felt like I got off on the wrong floor. Even construction crew were looking at me like - whatta doing here. After finding my room, I wasn't disturbed by their work. I do think it would have been better suited to put me on a floor without any construction. Last con, pulling into the hotel. It is at a busier intersection. And, when you pull in - ya got only enough space for MAYBE 4 cars to be in at any given time. I'm sure during a busy time (events, weekends, etc) that lot backs up fast and into traffic. With the above said, fortunately, I didn't have to experience either as it was a Thursday night with nada going on in the area. More of an FYI for others. Now my PROS. Valet (yes, it is mandatory if you want your car 'with' you at the hotel) was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Everyone who assisted me was the nicest and so professional! Definite assets to the hotel staff! They are the first and last impression - and they made great on both!!! My car was in the same order I left it in when it was pulled up for me. Except, they went the extra mile and turned off my auto lights - which I NEVER think to do. Do pay attention, though, as you do need to provide 15-20 minutes' notice to get your car retrieved. It is quite obvious on the app and the stub they give you, but I did see that complaint on other reviews. The front desk and security staff are very kind as well! All in all, I would recommend staying here if you're there for a night on the town. And, if you can, pay for the river view. Beautiful! See pics.

Came for a Bucks game and it was awesome to be able to just walk over! Pool was closed for the kids, but the staff was very accommodating and gave us a couple drink vouchers. Will stay here again.

Hopefully you’re staying with your spouse, because the bathroom door does not close (in the photo, I can almost fit my entire foot between the door and the wall). And in the morning, I woke up with these swollen bug bites! We were in town for a wedding, so it wasn’t the end of the world, but for the price I paid, my money would have been better spent at a competitor.Noteworthy details: Trendy, but very small, bar in lobby.

This place has potential!! There’s a ton of construction going on but looks like it could be a fun place! A little bummed the pool was closed and didn’t find out until the day before when they sent an email of what to expect. Exercise equipment was nice!
