“I brought my Jeep in because there was a dead animal stuck in the blower motor. Being warm summer, the smell was incredible.
Kevin brought me right in. His son did a fantastic job of, not only getting the problem fixed, but dealing with the aroma. Kevin offered to sell me something more for the aroma, and I declined. It turned out I didn't need it, because after a few miles of driving with the windows down, the smell was completely gone!
So grateful they got me in so quick, and did such a great job of fixing the problem.”

When she got there she was treated with respect and any questions that she had asked were answered in a way that she understood which was greatly appreciated. “Edited: I was contacted by one of the owners who informed me that there was a death in the family that week. Being a family business, it's completely understandable that the employees were dealing with their own grief at a time like that. I've changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars to allow for what the employees were dealing with at the time and I will give them another chance. (I don't know how this place has kept a 4.6 rating! Lousy customer relations. Awful customer service. We had an appointment to have the air conditioning looked at. It was set for 10:30am on a Wednesday. When we got there they verified that we had the appointment, then asked us to come back on Monday. We called on Monday morning to find out what time to bring it in and were told that no appointment was set up! What a colloidal waste of time! We took it elsewhere. Never again!)”

It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but St Croix Auto Body is customer oriented. I will definitely return with future automotive needs.”
