The owners are local which I really prize. They are very easy people to work with in whatever situation you are in. The facilities are clean, great security and I have nothing to say they could improve on. Sure it’s a bit more than some farm but you get you pay for. It’s totally worth it!!

Rented with The Storage Guy for a couple years. Their customer service is phenomenal. Very responsive and organized. All storage areas are safe, secure, and very well maintained. I would highly recommend The Storage Guy, LLC as your first choice in the Madison/Middleton area.

Jeff The Storage GUY has been an A + since the start. I highly recommend to anyone in Madison/Middleton area. He is quick and effective with interpersonal communication and is clear about all details to all of our questions. He has called and or texted back immediately and is truly a professional. I have been impressed. We had called him a couple weeks before moving to Madison WI and has been great. His storage units (Climate controlled) are amazing. They were really clean units. Our family feels safe and secure using his storage units. It's awesome that there was a flat bed dolly there to help us unload are belongings. It makes for a smooth move. He went out of his way to help us unhitch a car tow dolly which was unique, unexpected, and extraordinary on his end. Ultimately we are thankful for his services.

Friends of mine highly recommended The Storage Guy when I needed a unit and it is apparent why: They are easy to work with, organized, fairly priced, and the area is secure, clean and maintained. Two thumbs up!

Five star experience across-the-board! The lot was cleared of snow in a timely manner, rent payment was a breeze, mgmt was amazing to deal with/always accommodating, and prices were great on top of it! Jeff even offered to give me a ride home when I was dropping off my vehicle and he knew I had come alone. Glad to send anyone in need of storage space Jeff’s way. Thanks again!

I have been really impressed with the customer service I was given from Jeff, as I rented my storage unit. He was very quick to set up my account and introduce me to the storage unit. Jeff was extremely professional and explained the sign up, autopay, providing a password, ect. The entire process to learn and use the storage unit was made very easy, and everything thing worked as it should. The storage unit, as well as the grounds of the storage unit are kept extremely clean. They even provide carts for moving items, and a broom should you need to clean up. If you need a storage unit, I would highly recommend The Storage Guy!
