I've been in this store dozens of times. The huge selection and customer service is wonderful. Paul has helped me with a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodels, and most recent a new home construction. I was able to bring in my cabinet plans and Paul figured out how many pieces of hardware were needed and what size was appropriate for the different drawers and cabinets. When I picked up the hardware, he had it all sorted out by room and clearly marked on each package. Couldn't have made an overwhelming project more easy. Thanks for all your help Paul!

If you need hardware of any type, this is the place for you! I needed a specialized hinge for one that had broken and had no idea where to start. Sampler Square was recommended so I went there. They identified the hinge immediately and had replacements in stock. They were friendly and professional, and I highly recommend Sampler Square!

One of our kitchen cabinet doors literally fell off the hinges this week. The metal hinges broke in pieces and fell apart and I was left standing there holding a door in my hand that wasn't attached anymore. We thought it would be a call to the cabinetmaker to resolve, but my husband decided on a whim to stop into Sampler Square to see if they had the right hinges to make the repair. He couldn't be more thrilled with the service and the products he got. He had first stopped into the Do It Best on Pleasant View near University and they didn't have the right hinges and the guy there told him to go to Home Depot. Sigh. SO glad my husband thought to run over to Sampler Square first. An hour after he got home, the door is back in place, and it works better than it did before. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thank you! We're about to start remodeling our baths and I'll be sure to go back to Sampler Square for our hardware.

We did a pretty major remodel and loved working with Paul for our hardware. he has lots of great input and is super practical as well. Totally no pressure sales. He really wants you to be happy. I’ll come here for smaller projects as well. There’s such great selection, from super basic yet long-lasting to very niche market items that make a person smile because it’s so special.
