I went to Aeschbach Automotive for a simple oil change today. They had the best price in town, so I thought I'd give them a try. As with most places, they did a courtesy check. Unlike most places, they didn't try to upsell me on anything. They said "based on mileage, you may want to consider [these things] in the near future, but everything looked great today." When I do actually need service, I will definitely be going back to Aeschbach.

As always - I had a great experience. They are always upfront and they do an amazing job going over everthing. They tell you what is needed and give you a choice on what you want to do.

I was able to get a next day appointment. Dropped the car off and was given a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. They communicated timelines and prices with me very clearly. Even got a discount for being a university employee. I'm pleased with the work and would absolutely use their services again.

I called them about service and they were able to get me in the next day. Very efficient, very honest, and informative as far as potential work that might need to be done and great completion of job. I would definitely use them again.

Aeschbach Automotive worked with us twice recently: on a large car repair job and later on an oil change and another small task. We enjoyed the good communication from Aeschbach and the ability to select the repairs we wanted. Each task had the appropriate charge which made it easier to selected what we wanted. We have been very happy with the work that was done. We were able to get in quickly, and get the work done.

We had our Audi Q7 serviced here (oil change and courtesy check). Easy to make an appointment by phone, very convenient location and timely service. They were very knowledgeable about our Audi, did what we asked (with the correct amount of oil), and told us of other updates we could do or they would do at 50k miles without being pushy. Very nice front of house reception and polite technician. And they service both domestic and foreign vehicles! We will use them again!
