Safe House Property Management is amazing!When my husband and I decided to rent our home, we were so nervous and concerned about what we needed to do to prepare our home for renters.When we contacted Safe House, we were honest about the home repairs that were needed for the home and they immediately comforted us and said they would handle everything!They were also meticulous in finding the perfect renters for us. Everyone they screened had to be approved by us.Additionally, they handle all renter requests with speed and quality.We have so much peace of mind and I am so happy to work with Safe House.Thank you for all that you do for us!

I am a tenant that has been a resident of West Allis for several years in a duplex that had transferred ownership multiple times. At the time Safehouse became involved, the building was not habitable by legal standards. We were behind on rent and the issues with the building were frustrating, time consuming, and were a major factor that was contributing heavily to this problem. All of the building owners did their best to work with us and manage the property effectively, but there were many unforeseen challenges on both ends including divorce, serious medical conditions, and death in the family. When Safehouse Property management assumed responsibility they came, in person, to assess the situation and took IMMEDIATE steps toward identifying and resolving major issues. Secondary issues were addressed in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner. The issues were prioritized and addressed in an order that made sense. Communication with Adam and his team was both constructive and productive. They have continued to work with us and find effective solutions for some of the more challenging issues. I cannot stress enough what a pleasure it has been to interact with Safehouse Property Management

Working with Safe House Property Management has been the best deduction I have made with my property. The whole team has been extremely helpful and have made me feel comfortable. Matt managed our condo association last year and has been really great so far! Our property manager is very communicative. Even though some conflicts they've reached out personally to resolve them as quickly as possible.

I have been working with Dennis since 2015, well before SFPM and consider myself lucky. At the time I was new to renting out my property and had an emergency move out of state. Dennis took care of everything and relieved that stress during a stressful time. He has always taken care of my tenants, which continues to give me peace of mind. I have never considered looking elsewhere for my property management needs as Dennis has always been responsive to both me and my tenants.
