My I-Beam level was more than 25 years old and about half of the vials had finally dried/cracked/emptied. Tried buying replacements but couldn't find any that fit. Contacted Johnson, and they sent me a full replacement. Great job; Buy American!

The level, 1876-2400, works fine. My only complaint is that there is no pocket for the instruction manual in the level’s case. I don’t use the level often enough to remember all the button push sequences. The manual needs to stay with the level and be protected.

Such a pleasure doing business with a stand up company that stands behind there product (I had a warranty issue they replaces the level with a new one and paid shipping both ways ) find another company that will do that !!! Thank you
