Was met with kind smiling faces. Explained my problems and was asked about all details. Right away doctor checked my hearing and showed me the map of my "ear" problems. Finally doctor has checked the "hearing aid" I brought to show my "treasures" and explained all possible ways how to solve my problems. Thank you, doctor.

Good courteous service by both the admin and provider. Seemed a little more anxious to move me to a prescription hearing aid than my previous audiologist with little hearing change, but ultimately I went with his recommendation.

I recently went to Hearing Life- to learn if better technology was available – so I could replace my hearing aids that were about four years old.
I was pleased to learn that, not only was better technology available – to make it easier for me to hear in restaurants- now the batteries were rechargeable.
Candy was both friendly and efficient in the forms I had to complete before the appointment, and the paperwork needed, so I could leave with my new and improved hearing. Jack seemed very knowledgeable and spent all the time I needed to make sure my new hearing aids were calibrated to my specific needs.
I would suggest anybody who would like to hear better – should at least check out the Mequon office I go to.

Great hearing services provider. The staff were very courteous and the provider, Jack, guided me through all the steps of acquiring and using my hearing aid. Jack is patient and explains everything to his clients. He didn't just tell me what to do, he took care to make sure I understood the rationale for each step. I highly recommend Hearing Life of Mequon for those who need a listening ear, both literally and metaphorically!

When you first come in, Candy is so welcoming. And there’s hardly any wait time until you see Jack, who is knowledgeable and patient. He also knows YOU, so you don’t feel like a stranger. The hearing tests are important to see whether your hearing has declined and the hearing aids need adjustment. Your aids are cleaned and checked to be sure they’re in good working order. You leave with a bag of necessary supplies .. and a couple holiday candies.Heading Life is an important part of our health plan and it should be yours.

The staff is very friendly. I haven’t gotten hearing aids yet. My hearing test was past 6 months by 10 days. They said I should be retested to make sure my hearing hadn’t changed. Next thing Jack found wax in my right ear and suggested I have it removed before I test. I was very pleased that he didn’t just go ahead with the process. I will get my wax removed and be back for my hearing aids. Very pleased so far with the company.
