It seems like Elite is the best that Wisconsin has to offer in terms of fitness clubs and it is rather sad. Don't get me wrong, it is not bad but also so so far from what I am used to. Mequon location is considered to be more freshly renovated but it is very clear that those "renovations" were very spotty and there are plenty of areas that look dated and shabby ( see pics). Janitors frequently leave spray bottles with cleaning liquid (and sometimes even a cleaning cloth) either by the sinks or in the steam room. Gym equipment definitely needs some updates. There is no cafe with healthy food/fresh smoothies and the place is simply screaming for one! They do sell smoothies that are (for some incomprehensible reason) do not contain any fresh fruit, only a butt load of sugar. Outdoor cafe that is only opened in the summer serves mostly bad pizza, burgers and fries. What a wasted opportunity for the management who could have created a healthy menu for people who obviously care about their wellness and would pay for it. And my biggest pet peeve: the class schedule. No classes at all in the middle of the day and barely any classes on the weekends. I get it, we are still in postcovid personnel shortage phase but come on, you did put the word "Elite" in the name of your establishment, so live up to it! I do want to point out the positives: the outdoor pool and the adjacent area are simply wonderful. I would say it is the only part of the club that does look luxurious and well-kept (with the exception of the cafe mentioned above). They do throw fun social events which I appreciate. Facilities like whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms are huge pluses. I love that I can drop off my baby at the daycare on the premises and enjoy some spa time. Overall, not quite a premier level club but with a little bit of investment and effort, it has a potential to become one.

Front desk staff are not very friendly and accommodating.Unfortunately, they set the tone for the facility and as result make the overall experience not enjoyable even though other services and personnel are satisfactory.

Elite sports clubs Mequon is just atrocious. The place is really dirty and unsanitary, especially the Tennis Courts. The fitness center is just unprofessional and pathetic, and it looks like they are about to move out of the building. The indoor pool is awful and gives me foot problems. And do not get me started on the camp there. I went to camp, and I hated it. The councilors are unprofessional and terrible at taking at least decent care of the kids. Bullying is somehow tolerated at the camp, and it is so obvious. Regardless, they do nothing. The food that the grill next to the pool serves is atrocious and God awful. They serve WEEK EXPIRED FOOD!!!!! They don't even take card. This is 2023, who doesn't use/take card. Anyway, I hope that the problems would be fixed, or maybe even close down.

We pay more than $250 a month and here are the towels in the Elite Club old blood I'm shocked I chose this towel in the family shower took three towels and one was completely in old blood,no shampoo and no soap in the shower

Up your game! This gym has gone downhill since new ownership and Covid! Keep the kids from scamp out of the fitness area, put up gym etiquette rules and watch the kids in the halls! Cmon and hire some people- preferably ones with kids who know how to deal with kids! This place shouldn’t be like a 2 star hotel gym

I reached out to the mangers of 4 branches regarding my urgent/ temporary overseas travel. I requested a hold on my account during the 8 weeks I’ll be abroad. The management team disregard my inquiry. I am disappointed for the lack of courtesy and accommodation your customers.

Joe Janzen is an outstanding personal trainer at Elite in Mequon. After 50 sessions over a year, he was consistently committed, attuned to my abilities and limits, introduced tons of variety that matched my needs, never pushy, personable, thoughtful. I cannot say enough, truly. I'd recommend Joe all day long. Thank you Joe. I'm in better shape than I have been in a decade.

This gym is a joke!!! Signed up for a year membership. Both locations are not maintained or not monitored. HS kids in there socializing taking up equipment for way too long and none of the attendants do anything about it. I brought it to there attention multiple times with no acknowledgement. Ended up driving an extra 15 minutes to use the other location and still had equipment not maintained. After all those issues I had an unexpected medical issue that requires 6 months of rehab. They would not release me from my contract all they would do was freeze it. Do not waste your time with this gym. Management is a joke and absolutely worthless and the owner can’t even take the time to return a call. One of the worst gyms I ever belonged to. Run for the hills!!!!
