This will be applied to 3 locations Mequon, Glendale and Foxpoint locations. I needed to close a First Bank account and open a youth checking for my daughter to get direct deposit from her new job. Out of all those locations no one had enough staff to do it but wanted me to schedule an appointment for Monday. The 3 stars isn't for customer service, but intead for inconvenience, these are basic services that should not require an appointment to complete.

I wanted to give a shout out to "Jill" in the drive-up in Mequon. I zipped in literally at closing time (I mistakenly thought the drive up was open until 6) and when I realized the time, I asked if I should come back the following day. Jill was extremely polite, said she could certainly take care of me, and did so happily. I never felt as if I inconvenienced her, although I am sure I did. I didn’t even have a pen and she sent one right out. Great customer service Jill. Trying to reach someone via telephone to share my positive comments on the other hand proved to be a challenge!

Bob happened to service me at the brown deer location but wanted to give him 5 stars. I had a lot going on this particular morning but Robert got me all the way together with a checking and savings account, on top of signing me up for online banking. Thanks rob ?

Came in to talk about issue with fees. Banker did not even talk to me, closed account. Shamaria did a very nice job though, she was very professional during the unpleasant conversation and provided me with a good service.
