I love the medical shop, however, today as of 04/03 around 540pm. I came in to double check on a new script, since I was out of town and called an hr earlier and was told they didn't receive it. When I came in the gentleman, not in a white coat started yelling about what he did or didn't say to me, definitely wondering if I should change pharmacies again.....

Feel like I've been robbed! I quit Medicine Shoppe after 6 years, someone made a mistake, oh well, think they would fix it? Nope, they filled my meds (Due 12/27) late on 1/2/24 so instead of $30 copay in December I had to pay almost $300 in January. Instead of correcting their error They have now dodged my calls and given multiple excuses(1.tried to say insurance wouldn't fill early before 30 days BUT had been 35 DAYS since last fill (2. Used holidays as excuse when meds were due 12/27-12/29 all the while nothing has been done. This urks me and makes me Sad, used to be my top favorite pharmacy & gift Shop.

Knowledgeable courteous staff. Convenient hours and good service. Close to the clinic. Stocked with a helpful assortment of healthy products as well as a full service pharmacy. We have a long history with this business.

I can't say enough about the service and people at Medicine Shoppe! They are so very helpful and willing to work with their customers. I recently had a situation where I needed refills from another pharmacy but was without transportation. Medicine Shoppe stepped up and I was able to get my refills from them, delivered to my door. I highly recommend them!

The pharmacists themselves are great, but some of the staff are very rude and judgemental when I pick up certain medications. I always dread calling or going in, because the Asian lady that works at the window is never pleasant, and I get treated like I’m doing something wrong. Funny how when I call about other prescriptions they are sweet as can be, but not with others. Ive been with them for 17 years, but nowadays they have mean ppl working there.

Its ky first time using the medicine shoppe pharmacy. First, there was trouble with my insurance, they said. Then they had to order my medicine was a different pharmacy, which would take a couple days. On the day i expected it, it still wasnt ready. When it was finally ready for me, it was suppose to be delivered. It wasnt delivered. I went to pick it up. They tried telling me i already picked it up on the 16th. I obvioysly had not. When they finally realized i was still in need of the medication like i said, they charged me a four dollar copay. I paidvthe copay. A couple days later i recieved a bill in the mail for that four dollars.

I tried to open an account at the website, but its not working. So i ended up calling the pharmacy. The woman who answered put me on hold and never came back.

won me over.The staff is always so helpful !! Also doesn't feel like a typical pharmacy. It has a much more personal feel. They remember customers by name and its not about just throwing drugs at you n rushing you out.The pharmacy consultation blew my mind!!!! On how much time they will take to see if you fully understand your prescription and check on your well being.And now in the new location they have a huge selection of stuff and a pretty cool gift section with locally made stuff.Way to go Medicine Shoppe!!!!!!!

On Monday, August 31st and on Thursday, September 17th, I went to pick up prescriptions and I saw three different employees (one on the 31st, two on the 17th) who were not wearing masks, but who instead had their masks dangling loosely, leaving the mouth and nose totally and entirely exposed. This is an extremely small pharmacy, and in those close confines, that's spectacularly unsafe.This shows a blatant disregard for public health. Elderly people, people with compromised immune systems, and other high-risk people need to visit the pharmacy. These pharmacists are putting human lives in danger. You should assume that anything inside is coated with the coronavirus. Failure to wear a mask at an indoor business in State of Wisconsin at this time is punishable with a $200 fine.
