This man does not remember what he talks about. Claims that I asked him to order parts when I never did he showed me the parts to even buy online years ago. Brought my new vehicle in when he said he would just look at it and not be able to touch it until Monday. Then he fixed the parts and we told him we weren't expecting this till Monday due to his saying so and he would not give our keys back over $20 that we said that we would drop off when we got paid that day. Worst customer service ever! Will not be returning and would not recommend others to go! My husband was the person that came in with me the last time. He also brought it in this time for the guy to tell him that I had a boyfriend on the side when it was my husband that was with me last time! Talk about a horrible customer service and a horrible person!

Mike is very straight forward but not gruff. I had a busted leaf-spring and other places were having a hard time finding a replacement. Mike found a junkyard in Nebraska that had the part, ordered it, and put it in for well under $400. As long as I'm in Menomonie Canon has my business.
