My phone broke and Steven was very helpful on getting a new phone. We were first clients after opening and other clients came in and being the only clerk on duty he admirably handled their concerns and explained professionally that he would be with them as soon as possible while working on our order. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

You should've let me stay with the S24 vs the S24FE because it voided the free phone promo and made my bill higher. No worries though, a Verizon rep helped me out via phone call in less than an hour vs the 5+ hours between 2 days I spent at your store.

Chris was amazing especially with my son Wyatt. He was board and Chris was very interested not only helping me but also keeping Wyatt happy also and got him set up on a iPad and Wyatt was content. Chris I will meet with you any time with any problems
