First off I'm a mechanic that used to works there, but once a week or so we'll have a situation where a different shop makes us look good. For example, a lady had gotten her oil changed at a different place and came to us for her next one. We found that they had not installed an oil filter in her vehicle at all and just left the canister empty.

Was told to drop my car off on Thursday. Never specified a time so I brought it in on my way to work. 1:00pm. Told it was supposed to be in the morning. Never told me that. Then he told me the day was already done and I would have to bring it in next week. Poor attitude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place.
