“EJs has been absolutely incredible with their customer service. My son is fairly new to hockey and we aren't really looking at the top end equipment. The employees at EJ always treat us with respect, answer all of our questions, and make multiple recommendations in multiple price ranges. We recently stopped at a very well known hockey shop in southeastern Wisconsin and they had my son convinced that his "cement block feet" would never fit in an off the shelf skate and we'd have to spend money on custom skates. EJs found multiple skates that could work for us and even ordered additional sizes to try on at no charge. They truly are the best around to work with.”
“New and used sports equipment of all kinds for all ages. Nice to be able to bring old stuff in and get a few bucks towards new stuff. Batting cages are $6 all you want to do which is nice when there aren’t a lot of people but tough when it’s crowded. Good selection and my go-to for kids equipment.”

“Pretty neat store. Located in a tight area for traffic, but it's not too bad getting in and out.Owner is chilled and has regulars whom come in and chats with mostly about fishing (obviously). He has knowledge on the topic that's for sure.Store wise it's crowded with product, but organized neatly and precise which helps a lot. The selection and variety for material is off the charts from panfish to musky, walleye to trout- everything you need for Wisconsin fishing. Of all the product there I saw only one 'out-of-stock' sign.Pricing is decent. Similar to big-box retail, but pricing on hooks you get great deals. Clearance area is good on pricing and variety too.Definitely will be back.”

“GREAT customer service. We bought a smith machine weight cage. The pulleys kept twisting and the installers were right out and adjusted cables. 3 months in. A pully was stripping the coating off the cable and once again they came out and replaced ALL cables. Under warranty. Excellent response and fix. Thanks.”
“Great SCUBA dive shop right off Highway 41 in Appleton and well stocked with top-notch equipment. Charlene helped me select my equipment and was very helpful. When the equipment came in they were helpful again going through it. Mel had the reg and everything setup and ready to go. I also attended one of their Skills Refresher courses at the New London Aquatics Center. The instructor I had, Al, has over 1,500 dives under his belt. He was very knowledgable and always asked if we had any questions. I can't say enough about Divers Realm. You can tell they have a great community of experienced divers that are willing to help.”

“Would give it 100 stars if I could. This place is game heaven. I recently started shooting darts and knew amusement devices existed. But I never knew this world of darts. It was a bit overwhelming at first. But the woman behind the counter is amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. There's no pressure, you can even try the darts out. But it's not just darts. Billiards! Ski ball! Pac-Man!! I mean don't take my word for it. Log out of Amazon and go check this place out.”
