We needed gas so stopped at The Store location on the corner of 14th and Central. While pumping gas the employee was using a binoculars to write down my license plate, because of "a possible drive off". If you use surveillance cameras on your building you don't need to document my personal information. If you are afraid of drive offs then have your customers prepay like Kwik Trip does now. I will not do business with your company anymore because when I confronted the employee she acted unprofessional. That's poor customer service.

Night clerk?-- Manager? Refused to wear a mask. Was very aggressive about NOT wearing one. Was having a great time hanging out with about 6 customers who were also not wearing a mask. Not a safe place to go and I will not be back.

Been a long couple weeks as we all know. I am here every day if not every other, and they always greet me by name and with a smile on their face! They make me feel like family! I refuse to go to any other gas station in town! Keep it up guys! You all are the best!

My fiance went there last night for bread, we ate out of the loaf of bread last night. The expiration date is 10.26, it is full of mold. I tried being decent and calling today to let them know that their bread was moldy. Nobody answered. Poor customer service as well. I've worked in gas stations, I always answered the phone no matter how busy it was... I shouldn't have to repeatedly call to let them know they messed up. Check your bread, it was the whole wheat that was full of mold. I'm sure the others are probably contaminated as well.

The greatest staff in town. Love to visit there when I am in town. It's always clean and staff is always very polite as well as helpful. wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have no idea why the reviews are so bad lol these people must be those that like to complain about the smallest things. I love the staff very kind and I love joking around with them and there's a girl who uses HER discount to help me out every so often I don't even ask. So yeah I love this gas station and it's only a block away from my apartment.

Terrible staff. I got ignored twice asking for a restroom before getting a rude and vague answer from one of the women working. When I couldn't find it and asked for more help, she ignored me again and another customer had to point it out. It was impossible to see that it was a door with all of the "kettle" papers littering it. The person I came with was also was unimpressed by the service and cleanliness of the store.

HORRIBLE customer service! The 2 females that were working yesterday (7/24/2016) were laughing at me the whole time I was in there with my husband! Not to mention, I asked the lady to hang on so I could get my coupon card & she ignored everything I said! I was extremely uncomfortable & that's NOT how a customer should feel or be treated!

Just got gas...price on outside sign said 2.73... Charged us 2.78...claimed didn't know how to change sign...irritating because other Marshfield station on way out of town was at 2.73...would have gone there instead!
