Its a pretty good fleet farm the employees are nice people the ammo is (mostly) reasonable in price and the items are good for all the stuff i buy for projects and never use.

Recently ordered a tire online from tirerack and had it installed here at fleet farm. They did a great job and did it pretty quick as well. The workers were also friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience

The manager was very unprofessional with people on the phone and then with me face to face. If he's still there when I go back for tires in two years I'll just take my business elsewhere. He told me the tires I was getting didn't have white lettering, which I wanted facing out. Guess what, they have white letters and they're on the inside. He was very rude and way to lax with his mechanics that were just standing around in the reception area. All in all not the best experience. But I know that good help is hard to find and even harder to keep.

Two times we have gone to the auto center at Marshfield Fleet Farm and both times they attempted to scam us into paying hundreds of dollars for extremely inexpensive fixes (ordering/replacing a hub cap, and patching a leaky tire). Both times they had us wait and go shop in the store until being called to the auto center presumably to pay for our fixed issues however they give a BS excuse as to why they would be unable to fix these issues and instead give a quote to spend $200+ on replacement rims and $208 on new tires. Went to PK Auto to fix the hubcap and they were incredible people and it was inexpensive and secondly went to Tire Town Auto to patch a leaky tire for $26! How is a big box business allowed to scam people consistently and blatantly? I would recommend not going here with these unethical business practices.

Went out of the way to provide tools we didn't have to fix an issue we went in for. Counter customer service employee very personable and also went above and beyond to squeeze us into the schedule because we were passing through town, needed a small fix. We called 20 minutes ahead and didn't have to wait when we arrived.

Was there a few weeks back and needed help in men's clothing no one to be found came across a girl who had been walking I asked if she could help was looking for a coat and she couldn't help and pretty much sent me on my way... I them walked a bit and ran into the assistant manager and the manager and asked for help they looked in back and did whatever and then said I could go to the service desk for a raincheck and that I'd get it for 20 percent off when they got more in. So I got up to service desk after waiting 15 minutes in the line the lady said I can't give you a raincheck I said really why would management send me up here she said they don't know what they are doing. I them have up and went to check out the young guy who checked me out was fantastic and did his very best to help me management was called once again and they took down my info to contact me when they get the item... Weeks later NOTHING! I spent my money else where at the fleet in Antigo and got the item I wanted and the service was great in Antigo!
