I have never had a bad experience with dentistry here. Everyone has been friendly and attentive to my needs. Hygienist Chris(Kris?) Was fantastic and really funny!

I have a broken tooth from a domestic violence incident that is now abscessed and infected the whole side of my face I had to go to the er to be put on antibiotics and called the next business day I spoke to triage and made an appointment for the next day. Got there waited an hour and a half to finally see the dentist he quickly looked at it and said they can fix it in a few months when the waitlist opens up. I literally cannot wait a few months the abscess will probably turn septic by that point. Definitely don’t recommend. If I die from the infection at least my family will be able to sue and have this place shut down ?♀️

Sheboygan location: It your employer use sites/apps like Paychex flex, avoid using this business. I was told that they will not accept anything other than actual "real" paycheck stubs. Even if you have "real" paycheck stubs, I would still avoid this place. The female dentist was very rude to me. It seems like they push tooth extraction rather than restoration. I was scheduled for an extraction, because one of the male dentists couldn't do restoration on the tooth next to until it was removed. Two days after this appointment was scheduled, I saw a different dentist. That dentist claimed he could fill both teeth. There was no need for extraction. I called up to there to attempt to speak with speak with one of the dentist. The female that answered the phone, claimed that the dentist I was scheduled with would not talk to me. She stayed true to their lie that the tooth needed to be extracted. I canceled my appointment with them. Months later, I got an e-mail from a collection agency. I never received a bill. I was blown away by the amount they wanted! I became aware of their business on site related to free to low cost dental care. The amount they wanted was three times what I paid for the second opinion. A few weeks after I talked to collection agency, I got a "final attempt" to collect notice from there business. It didn't even have the "correct" address on it. This business has no attention to detail! I'm glad I got a second opinion before going forth with the treatment that was planned for me. I noticed they still didn't post a picture of the woman dentist on their site. It still states coming soon. What is there ideal of coming soon?

I would not recommend this place if you are struggling with mental health. The provider I saw was only willing to prescribe me the exact same medications I had been on before and I had told her did not work for me. I felt very judged. The counselors are not very good. When I finally was willing to accept the medication the provider prescribed, she wouldn't prescribe it to me anymore, and I wound up hospitalized for a week. To me, it just seems like they don't know what they're doing here. If you're struggling with mental health, I recommend CFS instead. They got me the correct diagnosis and I was able to get better quickly.

Very nice service a little archaic friendly helping staff. The do a nice job we'll see about the dentures they are next?

The staff, and dental care I've had here have been excellent. They have been very accommodating with helping me finally get my dental problems taken care of. Very compassionate care and I don't feel judged.

I'm blown away at the professionalism, and superior customer service they provided. I'm not big on going to the doctor because I feel like they always rush you in and out. I loved the fact that it wasn't just a here take this it was a take this and way your gonna take this. I absolutely love Donna she is by far the best doctor I've come across in 36 years

In regards to dental, they were my last chance at fixing my teeth. I have had multiple procedures there. The only one that did not have nearly immediate complications as a direct result of being "fixed" was a root canal done by an intern named Calvin. I just had a tooth "fixed again today. Once the numbing wore off, I realized I have a very sharp jagged edge on my molar that sits directly against my tongue. I can barely speak, much less eat.

Awful dental. Not only is it so limited what they do, they don't even do their job right. I had a big cavity on one of my front teeth that got filler but they didn't fill it under the gum line I can feel the hole they left there when I try and floss, the string gets stuck on it. My sister Hailey had a similar problem where she had a cavity on her front tooth that they didn't completely fill and ended up getting so infected that she needed to get a root canal for both her front teeth. And now I can't get an appointment cause the disability agency is low on people to help me go places and my mom won't take me because my Apartment building currently has a bed bug problem that she doesn't want to get.

5 stars for the chiropractor, but doing 3 since medical, Donna has cancelled again, last minute. I have a very strict schedule. Would have to wait longer than needed... Customer service said, "you'll need to be more flexible, or find another healthcare provider." Well first off, not everyone is lazy or disabled, some of us actually have alot going on and scheduling accordingly... They have another medical but only works 2 days there? Lol where's the reliable SERVICE and PROVIDERS? If I didn't work at my job, I'd be fired. Common sense LOL makes no sense. Only place that's affordable, other places charge an arm and a leg... But yes, I'll find another healthcare provider... Lol

I’ve been on the wait list for close to a year now. I called and sent an email again back in January 27th! They told me when I first was put on the waitlist last year if I have any dental issues or emergencies let them know and they will get me in. Well it was an emergency, it’s now April 9th and still no answer. Terrible communication skills. So much for going to the one place that takes my insurance.

I called multiple times to get my mom’s prescription refilled. After 3 days, someone finally returned my call. This MA told me they didn’t receive any of voicemails and proceeded to be rude, acting like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. She’s not the only one that is rude, most of them are rude. This has been happening more and more frequently. They also never utilize any interpreting service when taking to my mom which is unprofessional. Just because she speaks a little English does not mean she understands everything!

So today, I spoke to Julie the manager of Sheboygan for dental. All she did was went around my concerns and complaints. She said that she look at the notes and records of what she had only. I told her that I'm giving you my concern of the stuff that you don't see in your end. Yet, she goes and said I don't get what trying to get at it. My concern is why did it take so long for my dad to get a specialist. Julie stated that the patient are the ones who call to schedule an appointment and it's been our procedure this way. I told her that's odd because on 03/16/2022, we were told that the referral coordinator will give us a call to schedule an appointment with the specialist. She goes said that I don't what happen but we wouldn't do that. Will, you did because I was there and I was told that I'll get a phone call from you guy. Therefore, it seem to me that they would say thing and change their words to make it seem like it's the patient fault. To further this, we weren't inform or notify that we had to make a call and schedule an appointment. I never received a call from the clinic. I get that you're trying make an appointment for my father now, but are you even going to consider the patient concerns. Looks like she just try to avoid the situation. I told her that I'll think about it with my father first and I'm going to write review of you and your clinic. I told her that I'm going to call back. However, I wasn't done talking and all of a sudden she clicked on me.
