Great people, super friendly, got new struts and tires sadly the back struts were left with 2 degree camber so after 2 months the tires are worn and they refuse to do anything about it. Not mad just a real shame
Edit: they have replaced the worn tires and sent the car to Bauer tire for another alignment. (Bauer also did the first one not novaks shop directly) anyhow alignment is still a mess but working on getting that fixed.

Novak's staff are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The lady at the desk is welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The mechanic who worked on our car is awesome. He did absolutely top notch work on our Honda Civic. They are the only ones who work on our car from now on. They give outstanding estimates and come close to it with complete explanations before they do the work. We are completely blown away that there is an automotive shop who is completely honest and efficient in Manitowoc.

Jeremiah and his team are the best in town, hands down. They are all so nice and the work is done well and efficiently. I've had them do everything from fixing an unexpected flat tire to putting a new engine in a vehicle and I've never been disappointed. It's nice to have a mechanic I can trust. Abby is good at remembering names too, and I like that personal touch.
