I had purchased a storage unit but then decided I wouldn't need it. I never even opened that unit. I had spoke with the owner and she said she would give me a full refund since I had not even used it and it was the next day that I called. It's now been weeks and she won't return my calls about the refund. Definitely don't recommend

Terrible at communicating with clients! You can try to contact them 30 times in a week and won’t get a response! Run the place haphazardly!
