I recently went to NEW to get some work done after our local GM dealer told me it wasn't covered under warranty. I spoke with the owner, I didn't get his name unfortunately. He confirmed what I thought was wrong with my truck. He also told me that before he took my money, that I should call another GM dealer for a second opinion on my warranty. I did, turns out my work WAS covered under warranty. Now this guy didn't do any work for me, but his honesty saved me $400. There's something to be said for working with an honest business. They made a customer for life if I ever need any work done in the future. I respect a business like this. Thank you for your honesty.

Amazing to work with and outstanding work! Unknowingly to me they have worked with my step family for years!! Will recommend them to anyone for work! And will hands down go back there if I ever need to again! They had my truck back up and running in 2 days! Have a general Diagnoses over the phone and confirmed as soon as he heard it! Which made me feel 100 times better that my truck was in good hands and that the bill wasn't going to be astronomical than what they quoted me!

I stopped by this business and had a question about my daughter’s vehicle transmission, Toyota RAV4. This vehicle had a shuttering problem at speeds between 30 to 47mph. A Green Bay Toyota dealership suggested a new transmission. I wanted another opinion. Kevin Kapla suggested adding a tube of Shutter Guard.
