The day before I had to drive 4 hours for my grandma's funeral my brakes started making a terrible noise. I came in beyond stressed at 5pm to see if my car would be safe to drive the next day. The guys working here went so far above and beyond to help me. I can never thank them enough. They are absolutely amazing people. I will definitely go here for any service needed in the future.

Erin and Zach were amazing. We had car trouble on a Sunday 165 miles from home. No traditional body shops were open/available, and they went out of their way to help diagnose and fix us enough to get home. Erin also offered us all the hospitality while we waited. Above and beyond. Turned our horrible day right around!

went to the manitowoc jiffy lube with my wife's 2017 highlander, full synthetic 100$ dollar oil change june 15th 2024. Everything seemed fine. After driving the car over 200 miles that day Got home and noticed that oil was leaking all over the garage brand new clean oil. Took it back up there turns out they put the drain plug in without the Rubber seal an oil had been leaking out ever since. The female manager at the time was very helpful she explained what happened apologize profusely fix the issue and said that this was 100% our fault and the next time you come in if you choose to the oil change will be free, I am noting the computer right now she said. It's the least we can do for our mistake that inconvenience you. Well today October 25th 2024 I decided to take them up on their offer and take my car back in for my free oil change, to my surprise there were no notes in the computer and that manager was apparently, three managers ago in 4 months!? I thought at the time when she told me this that I wasn't sure if I was going to come back but since she did rectify the problem and there didn't seem to be another oil leak I figured I'll give them another try. Needless to say you lost a customer today there's other oil change places in town so I will be using their services from now on! Thanks Jiffy Lube

Came in with a suspected starter issue on my car. The techs diagnosed and put in a new starter, that fixed the problem in about 2 hours! Couldn't have asked for better help. Highly recommend!

I don't write a ton of reviews but this one is absolutely well deserved. I came to Manitowoc for work hundreds of miles away from home and my muffler decided it was a good time to become undone and drag behind me on the road. No other businesses would even pick up their phones; but within a half hour of calling this Jiffy Lube my problem was resolved and I was back on the road without any issues. These guys do good work and I wish I could give them over 5 stars.
