On a good day they just barely get my medication filled, basically go to Aurora they are way nicer and flexible with life. Like im trying to get them to work around me taking a trip and they are trying as hard as possible to not help with this and its usually in some way like this in some capacity bare minimum.

They rarely enter the dates correctly, they also have many problems with adding refills to a person's account thereby forcing the patient to call the doctor and then explain why your requesting a refill for a medication that they have already approved and sent over 4 refills to the HFM pharmacy.Not great attention to detail for their computer entries for sure.

I am a payee for my brother and sister that are mentally challenged. We've always filled our prescriptions at HFM.
