I attepmpted to transfer my anxiety meds from my pharmacy to CVS as I moved back to Manitowoc. The lady on the phone YESTERDAY took all my info, and I called today to ask for an update and I wasn't even in their SYSTEM! Customer service is so bad, if you can't get people their medications and you hate your job, find a new one!! People with mental health issues should not feel anxious calling in their own prescription due to THE STAFF!! NOT OKAY!!!

There’s one lady who works in the pharmacy who is always so rude. She answers the phone with a dumbfounded HELLO???? every time. She is short and very unhelpful. Seeing other reviews on here, I’m sure other will know who I’m talking about. I dread going in there when she’s working. She needs to find a non customer service job.

If anyone in the pharmacy ever smiled I think their faces would break. Worst service ever.

Worse customer service in the pharmacy department I've ever experienced. One lady specifically is incredibly rude on the phone and in person. I always know when she's on the phone when I call without even knowing it's her because the way she communicates in mannerless and careless, you definitely get the vibe you're bothering her just by being there.I don't expect pharmacies to give me a smile and a good conversation, but I do expect some sort of friendliness or politeness. They are also outwardly judgemental. They make getting your medication as awful as it can be. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Would give them a minus if I could. Very rude an d don't try to help at all. Wife got there at 1:29 pm and pharmacist would not help her to get medication. Said he's closing for lunch and he only gets half an hour. He said he's been workingfor 12 hrs already. COME ON.!! He's been working since midnight???? Ha!! She drove from a distance of about 10 to 15 miles to get there and he couldn't take a minute to wait on her. Some customer service!!! Don't deal with this store!!!!!!!!!!

This pharmacy is comparable to most CVS pharmacies. The pharmacists and techs are helpful. They were very helpful in getting our prescriptions transferred from an out of state pharmacy. This is now my new pharmacy.

It is so dangerous to get a vaccine from this pharmacy.I went to CVS on Saturday Aug 26th for a covid vaccine. The head pharmacist on staff refused to allow me to read the vaccine package insert before getting vaccinated for covid 19. He told me those aren't for patients. He did not offer any alternative which is against federal law, he simply turned me away. I'll be reporting this to corporate and federallyI highly recommend becoming a secret shopper so these violations can be caught!

Nice store with helpful, friendly staff. Features toiletries, OTC medications, a pharmacy, housewares, candy, cards and seasonal products. A little pricey but I shop using coupons and discounts for items I need. Attached liquor store. Always a friendly experience.

This store is not customer friendly. The pharmacist who's supposed to be helping customers told me at the drive-thru that he cannot assist me in getting a bottle of cold and flu medicine because I told him that I was very weak and I could not work into the store and the air condition is also affecting me. He told me that he can do it. He's feeling prescription. I told him it's not going to take you 30 seconds because the aisle is right beside him where the bottle is. I used to shop at CVS for my wife. No. I will let her send it to Walgreens bad customer service.

Sadly many of us folks judge the pharmacy staff with negatively. My daughter worked for Walgreens and wasSENIOR TECHNICIAN with 20 yrs of experience. The pressure ALL TECHS are under is appalling. Many..not all..Pharmacists treat the techs negatively....Since covidThe pressure and demands have multiplied...one thing I know with certainty is when you treat them poorly you add to the issue...techs leaving and rarely finding replacements.Health care workers are abused...don't be THAT HUMAN!

Being sick with sinus issues I had an Instacart shopper go to CVS Manitowoc for OTC medication. They were out of most products on their shelves and would not allow her to purchase Aleve sinus which is behind the counter. I understand that policy, but the pharmacist wouldn’t speak to me or offer to call me back when I was hoping for other recommendations. I called the store and after two attempted calls and long hold times the phone was answered by the pharmacist who immediately seemed resentful of me taking any of her time. I’m new to Manitowoc and this is not the experience I’ve had at CVS’s in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Disappointing customer service and from the ratings/reviews my experience isn’t unique, sadly. Hopefully management will make changes to improve the environment that allows this.

Customer service is non existent. Pharmacy tech should be let go.I was the only person in the entire store, and was told that I would need to make an appointment on line for a flu shot. Unbelievable, but soon they will be closed for good as this treatment will drive away business. What can you expect from corporate America today.
