They let a strange lady that doesn't even work there give me a medication that was the wrong medication. It made me pass out till I found out it wasn't what the bottle said! She didn't have a name tag so I don't know who it was. I'd suggest going somewhere else before they kill someone.

Pharmacy Manager Greg Unertl is VERY RUDE and not helpful AT ALL!!! What is wrong with you? Disrespectful and ignorant, and I was done shopping at Pic-N-Save as well, until I went upfront to customer service, and wow WHAT A DIFFERENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank You Jay the Store Manager. You saved a customer, cause we were NOT coming back after this. When can someone be happy and helpful to do there job though? Dude is retiring in 6 months!! You should be happy GREG!!!!! Maybe you should just go now!! Save people like us the headache of dealing with jerks like you!

I always seem to have some problem with my receipt. Today it is a little different. I was hoping to have lobster tail for Valentines Day but there is something green under the shell! When I called they said to bring them in so next Saturday when I do my shopping I have to return 2 lobster tails.

Formally a Copp's store. Recently name changed to PickNSave. It's an okay store. It's main attraction is that it is in walking distance. They seem to be phasing out many of their organic offerings. Unlike Festival you have to hunt for organic products as they are scattered around the store. Festival has a dedicated area for organics. I must say that Copp's, er, PickNSave has gotten better organic produce recently. But you have to really watch what's going on in this store. I once caught them filling the organic carrot section with non-organic carrots. If you find something on sale, it might not ring up at that price when you check out. Watch the check out like a hawk. The other day my wife bought two pasteries. The store had them coded wrong. Instead of charging my wife 42 cents apiece, she was charged $42 apiece. A rude clerk scolded my wife because she didn't catch the mistake before she came to the check out line. Then my wife was informed it would take 3 to 5 days to have her over charge refunded. Their self check out is tedious. You will most likely have to get a human to help you. They closed the check out line in the liquor department; and now you have to go into the main store to purchase your bottle of wine. I have to give one clerk a shout out, though. My wife said getting charged $84 for two pasteries flustered her and she left a dozen eggs at the check out station. These were $6 a dozen free range, organic eggs. She went to the customer service desk the next day and told the woman what happened. The clerk went into the store, got a dozen of those high priced eggs and handed them to my wife, free of charge. This is an okay store but I still prefer Festival.

No check out register employees. None. Zero. I worked all day, I dont want a second job as a grocery check out employee. If you can't staff your registers...Close the doors!
