Pharmacy can't fill Rxs due to no or low supply, although they were aware of the order last week. Very discouraging.

FITHY women's bathroom. It's was dirty the last couple of years, and I thought about switching pharmacies. But the staff at Whitney Way in the pharmacy and at the store are so good that I stayed. However, yesterday I went into the bathroom. Not only did it have the grime from the last time I was there, but it was absolutely filthy with bodily fluids and more. Please please clean the bathrom. Scrub the thick layer of grime. You can't fully blame the customers. Make it clean and customers are more apt to respect the space and be cleaner themselves. It needs to be tended to. Come on -- gas stations are cleaner than this store that dispenses medicine, where people get shots. BAD.

Hello, Chuck Grob here wanting to take a Golden opportunity to express my gratitude to the full staff and team at my new Walgreens on 600(?) Whitney Way in Madison, WI.I went in searching for a certain med, otc, that I couldn't find anywhere else. The Pharmacists, Scott, Sasha, and Jacob were very helpful looking online, but the Crowning Jewel was really the expertise of Store Associate, Miss Colleen, found it right away, last one on a bottom shelf?!!! Thank You So Much Walgreens, I will most certainly be back to this specific store always ♥!!!!

Triple the amount of time they say it'll take to fill a prescription. I called and they said they'd have my prescription ready in an hour. It wasn't ready for 3 hours. They also like to pick up the phone and simply hang up on you if you've been waiting on hold for a while.

Half an hour to put stickers on at-home COVID tests and verify they were covered by insurance.

How do you promote saying free flu and covid 19 shots but ask for health insurance information and when given you can't bill the insurance.....What a waste of time coming here for a simple flu shot

i called in a prescription refill and the automated system told me i could pick it up the next day. when i went to pick it up the man at the pharmacy told me he couldn’t refill it since it’s a controlled substance, and i was given a 90 day supply and it had only been about 60. i was definitely out, and i know almost for a fact i didn’t lose or accidentally double up on around 30 decently sized pills, so obviously they didn’t give me 90 (which is frustrating since i payed full price for 2/3 of the medication). i wasn’t expecting them to just give it to me anyways, but i do expect 1) an apology or even an acknowledgment that it could possibly be their fault, as opposed to the blank stare i got instead and 2) for them to fill it right in the first place. of course this happened on a saturday, so i wasn’t able to get a hold of my doctor until monday or get my prescription until tuesday, which makes 4 days of headaches and insomnia that could’ve been easily prevented if they just gave me the right amount right off the bat.

Here right now.*The pharmacy tech complained about my doctor “just sending it over” even though they had time to fill it. Is she trying to make me trust my doctor less? Why did I need to know this?*Then she quoted me a price over $500 without asking for my insurance first. Don’t I pay for health insurance so I don’t have to stress $500 pharmacy bills?*Finally, despite giving me all of this extra unnecessary and stressful info, she failed to realize that my address is hundreds of miles away and doesn’t match my wife’s local address (where she copied the insurance info from). So now I have prescriptions with an address that I haven’t lived at for over 5 years.I managed restaurants before Covid. Maybe my standards are too high. But a little consideration would go a long way here.
