My husband and I went here for vaccinations along with my 13 -year old child. The pharmacist was very rude and told my child that she needed to “hurry up because we’re very busy “ when she showed fear about receiving her shots. I can understand feeling stressed in his position, but speaking to a child that way is not cool.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have seen, they open late, close early, close on weekends and all 5 employees take lunch at the same time and they close for lunch.

Worst pharmacy ever, they only open for a few hours, they close on Saturday and Sunday, it is ridiculous that a pharmacy is not open most of the time and when are open they close for and hour during lunch. It supposed to be a pharmacy not a business office.

It’s unacceptable that they change their pharmacy hours and then don’t notify their customers. I work until 5:30 and got to the pharmacy at 6:01pm and they were already closed. I didn’t worry because I could come back the next day. I did just that only to find theyAre now closed on the weekends! It’s NOT posted visible anywhere as I was there the day before!! It’s bad enough that they can’t even figure out what’s the correct day to fill a 28 day script. But then to be closed for days at a time? I probably will loose my job because I didn’t get the medicine I need to function. I cannot reach my doctor because it’s SATURDAY! So he can’t send a new it to a different pharmacy! Why can’t they just fill it at a different Walgreens?

Don't bother calling this location. You are on hold for 20 minutes and they pick up and promptly disconnect you. Walgreens needs to hire more employees this is a disgrace.

They seem to close randomly and I'm not able to get my prescriptions reliably. Switching to a different location, however, the Walgreens in Madison seen to all be bad. I'm used to the one in Sun Prairie. I never had a problem there.

Everything here is under lock and key, including deodorant. Besides that, it took two days for them to fill my prescription. I understand if you’re busy and short staffed but say that so I can get it sent to a different pharmacy. Asking someone to sit with infection pain a day longer than they need to is unacceptable.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS ALWAYS days behind. Took 8 days to fill a basic BP medication. staff really nice but they need better leadership. Shelves are never fully stocked

went in to buy ovulation kits and a plan b. then when i got to the cash register, the man there instantly looked down at it super uncomfortable and then without explaining anything, called someone else to ring me up. he then looks at me and says “i can’t check you out, i’m catholic”. i was too surprise to say anything so i just went “oh it’s fine”.i don’t care what religion you withhold and if what i purchase goes against your religion, okay that’s understandable. but don’t make it so awkward? left me feeling super embarrassed, dirty and gross for my purchases. had he just worded it a bit differently, it would’ve been a different scenario.the other man who came to finish up my purchases was super nice. he helped me beforehand to get the ovulation tests out of the locked cabinets. he apologized on the other man’s behalf and wished me a merry christmas. if it weren’t for him, i would’ve given this place a one star. even though i didnt catch his name, i wanted to give him a thanks for making the night a little better after what had happen
