Was charged $200 for a check up appointment, and was only told of this cost when I was sent a bill. They are using deception to charge patients for services they get.

I think these folks are great and very willing to get my prescriptions ready a bit earlier than I had originally asked. And I love that they deliver!

The pharmacist was rude, condescending and had no customer service skills! I was told that they would be closing in 12 minutes and would have to come back for my script, this was after she sent me on a wild goose chase to see if another pharmacy had what I was prescribed! I told her I live over 20 miles away, she said she turned and walked away!

Let’s close early. It’s not like people need there medications. Got there 5 minutes before closing. That’s nope. I’m getting sick of this run around.

Located in the Erdman Clinic and offers personalized service with compassion. The staff is amazing and helpful.

Most of the staff here are ok, but there is a woman Robin that deals with packaging weeks supply at a time, and she is blunt, rude, and very unprofessional at times.

This location needs improvement. On multiple occasions they have failed to notify me that my prescription is ready for pick up. When I have requested mail delivery they have either delayed it or completely forgot about it. You would expect a pharmacy to be more prompt in their responses.

One of the most inefficient pharmacies I have ever dealt with. They keep apologizing for their delay or not following up on their promise, but the behavior keeps repeating. I recommend using other pharmacy branches.
