Underground Printing is great for businesses that need to reorder often. All of your previous designs and orders are saved to make the reorder process super quick and easy. Communication on the status of your order is very helpful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Underground Printing for all custom apparel needs.

I really wanted to use Underground Printing for my small business (personal training) but was not left with a great impression. I called a couple of weeks ago to set up and appointment to come in and look at apparel for screen printing. The person on the phone was very nice and seemed eager to help me. We set up an appointment on Wednesday 5/18/22 for me to come in at 11:30a. I received an email saying that he was excited to meet me and sent me a link to look at before hand. I showed up a few minutes early and was greeted by staff. I told them I was looking for Jay and had a meeting with him. They said that I could take a business card and that he had not been in all day and was not sure where he was. The staff was very friendly and was clearly embarrassed by the lack of communication on the business' end. I told him I would wait about 10 minutes and see if Jay showed up. I was super excited to look at options and even took off of work to come in. After 10 minutes, I was extremely frustrated. I looked at our email communication and sent an "I am here for our appointment" message. No response at all. I even called the number listed on the email address to see if I could get ahold of him. The number listed was the store number that I was already standing in. The sales person apologized and was very sincere. I walked around for awhile looking at apparel in the store but was very upset with being stood up for our meeting. It has been over a week and still no response. I was really hoping to use this location to screen print as I have heard great things from friends and family. I find it incredible unprofessional that no one has even reached out to apologize, let alone acknowledge that they missed our agreed time to meet.

There responses were pretty quick when I emailed them about my order/issues. I had some issues with ordering via the website, but with the email exchange everything worked out.

I would definitely recommend Underground Printing. I placed an order with 2 different shirt designs after a team "swag design contest", and overall it was a great experience! Mark was super helpful and patient with me in asking lots of questions and going back and forth on tweaks until the designs were just right. Good pricing and lots of options to choose from! They seem to have deals regularly too, which I definitely took advantage of and appreciated. I would definitely come back here again for any future custom orders.

For various reasons, I went from a big order down to a very small order over the course of months, with multiple revisions and course corrections. Tony was incredibly patient and helpful and I can't recommend him and this place enough.

I have worked with Underground Printing since early 2013 and they never fail to provide outstanding customer service, from the image creation, the check in process through the processing, to the final product and shipping. They are there for you for all of your screen printing needs.I especially love that you have a “quality assurance” style agent assigned to each order that respond quickly with questions, concerns and changes.Their name may be Underground but the quality is through the roof!Much love!

I ordered shirts for our disc golf team, I wasn’t 100% happy with the first print up once I received my order. I reached out to Mark and the team, they genuinely listened to my concerns and fixed the problem RIGHT away! They promptly reordered, printed and delivered my shirts in time for our event. Couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service, I wish more companies were like Underground Printing. 5 stars in my book! I will be repeating my business if I need more shirts in the future. The University of Wisconsin-Madison Geography Club bought shirts and masks from here as part of our annual fundraiser. It's affordable and reliable. Mark Miller was a wonderful person to work with. This was our second year collaborating with him specifically. They distributed the merchandise, which sported the club logo and name. That was new for us since it's cheaper to distribute the merchandise ourselves. Nevertheless, it went well.
