I usually order online at Ulta, but when I received a foundation that was much darker than I anticipated, Sheri made the exchange in store super easy. When I entered the store, she greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained my situation and she happily led me to the foundation to try another shade (just the right one!) on my face. She was friendly, personable, and helpful. From this experience alone, I would return to this location if needing something in store.

Never been to a Ulta store where my darker child and I were followed and watched like hawks so he could find his signature cologne for the first time at 13. At one point, one employee was so close behind us to my back/butt while I was on bent over getting a lower cologne for him to the point I shot up and said "Woah way too close" I had a small crossbody purse and we didn't even have coats on. No extra bags or hoodies or cargo pants, no where to even put things if that was our intent, which it was not! Terrible experience. Went to the Dells store right after this nightmare experience and was night and day. Sad thing is, I'm a platinum rewards member though Ulta and have the store card, been a customer for years.

Really love the colors but one thing I really don't like is how it stains literally everything, it's stained my skin and it stained or 12,000 dollar stand in shower, it takes a while for it to come out and there's really no way to get it out of the items it stained, but other than that I think the colors and the lighting is good!

Always great customer service. Was there to do a return for concealer that wasn't a good match. Was able to get a better match and do an exchange with no hassle.

Worst customer service ever. The lady who works on the clinique side was so disrespectful and harassed me around the entire store, after I respectfully told her I didn’t need her help anymore because she was so rude. She didn’t want to color check me and acted like it was a big deal because I didn’t have anything on my face when I came into the store. She snatched stuff out of my hands and wouldn’t let me look at the foundation.

I don’t know why I bother coming here. Manager and employees are lazy and unhelpful. Ridiculous! I’ll only shop online from now on since this location is WORTHLESS and RUDE.

stopped in today to get a shade match with my mom. when we arrived we noticed beauty consultants/ sales girls huddled together laughing and talking which is whatever. I'm already nervous enough because i am out of my element and insecure due to my lack of knowledge with makeup. We then ask for help because they didn't notice us standing there, and they kind of hesitated and laughed at us then decided to send someone to help us. The girl that helped me had no idea what she was doing which is fine, i'd rather her just be honest and have someone step in to help. I was very overwhelmed with how many times she had me clean my face and swatch colors and then clean my face and then lose track of the colors that barely matched. she then clocked out midway through the shade match and left me with random shades on my face and literally left over 10 tinted moisturizers on the counter. I then was so overwhelmed I asked if someone who knew what they were doing could please help us. The beauty sales advisor (supervisor? dark hair) was super awesome and helped us and apologized. I've never had an experience like that and she was awesome. I was just baffled by how insecure and overwhelming the beginning of our experience was. The checkout girls were nice and helped us out as well. They definitely need to train their beauty sales a little bit better because I should not leave feeling more insecure than when i came by their sales team. (not their management, i didn't get names but the blonde lead management and dark brown hair management were super awesome.)

Canceled my appointment due to comments another stylist made on my record. Was told that for a blonde root touch up they would need 3+ hours. So incredibly disappointed. Awful

I visited this Ulta on Saturday, February 11 to pick out a new concealer and get help finding a shade to match my skin. The young woman who helped me was excellent!! She tried maybe four or five different shades before she found the perfect one. Midway through, I needed to wash my face so we could start over and I was surprised by the facilities... the bathrooms are not meant to be used for face washing... the sinks spray oddly and there are only air dryers so the employee helping me (I wish I'd caught her name!!) brought me tissues to wipe my face. Surely I can't be the first person needing to wash their face there?! Anyway, she helped me get my makeup in order and recommended a few other products which I happily added to my basket. When I went to check out, the person at the register was extremely unpleasant toward me. She asked for my phone number and I asked if it'd be ok if I skipped that (I'm just not comfortable giving my personal information out) and she instantly started acting very angry. She had a nasty scowl on her face and didn't speak to me the entire time other than telling me my total. While the computer took my card, she got on her cell phone and acted bored with me. As I left, I leaned in to thank her but she cut me off, ignored me, and shouted "next!", never saying thank you or wishing me a good day. It was so shocking. What horrendous customer service.

I had a super great experience today at this ultra, mainly with the Clinique consultant Cynthia. She wasn't trying super hard to push products, just giving me honest recommendations, even pointing me in the way of a doctor for one skin condition. I really respected that she didn't just sell me a product, and told me to talk to a dermatologist. She gave me a super thorough demo on the moisture surge and I walked away with an added step to my routine and feeling confident it was worth the price! Also this store is always clean, the people working are always very helpful and nice.

Cynthia H. From Clinique was so helpful. When I entered to the store looking for foundations, the only person who approached me to help to find the right product for me was her. They had more associates in the stores, but none of them even acknowledge me. Besides, I have really sensitive skin, and Cynthia took time away from her brand to help me, since I am allergic to Clinique products. I hope you can hire more associates like Cynthia!
