This store has great selection of beads and beautiful jewelry.the place is set up really nice You definitely can find whatever you need at this shop, however I did not feel very welcomed the cashier lady seemed really unethusiatic and rude which left. Me feeling kind of sad because I'm an artist too and make jewelry. I was really excited to check it out but it just killed my vibe while I was there. And left with uncertainty if I even want to come back and get my supplies there.

The people didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and I personally didn't like the rings they had. The place reeked of stress and the vibes were terrible.

My sister and I came in here looking to get all the necessary materials to start beading. We had such a fun time, and the store had everything we needed! They have a good selection of beads too! We had amazing customer service from Shelby, who really helped us find everything. We will definitely be back!!

I can’t express how much I love this store! Shelby is amazing and will help you with anything you need. I came in the store wanting buy a necklace that matched a ring I had gotten my mom a few years ago in Seattle. After explaining the ring color and shape, Shelby walked me around the store pointing out different things she had that would match (without giving her a picture to show her, only a little description). The options she gave me matched the ring perfectly and made for the best gift! Not only was the service amazing but the jewelry is very reasonably priced. I gifted my mom the necklace and she immediately knew it was meant to match her ring. I will always recommend Tropic Jewel because of how well staff treats you while your there and also for the quality of their jewelry! I will continue to come back for any jewelry purchase I need to make in the future!

The employees were very nice, I had a big bag with me in the store and they let me set it down on the counter so I could shop easier.They sell singular beads which is very nice if you know how many you need and don’t want leftovers :)

This store is a hidden gem! I love the beautiful assortment of beads, charms, chains, tapastries, etc-such an inspiring place for the creative mind. Great deals and new unique pieces every time i'm there. The friendly women who own this shop are SO knowledgeable, helpful, talented, and fun! I admire their handcrafted jewelery and willingness to go above and beyond. Will definitely make this a regular stop!
