Got a recommendation for these movers. Seemed legit, so we contacted them. They came and looked at our stuff to give us a quote. Said he would email us in 24 hours. Awesome! It was a holiday weekend so when we didn't hear from them, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well, shame on us! No answer from these guys since then!! Still haven't responded to any messages or voicemails!

The best moving experience we have ever had. Great communication and flexibility. Courteous, caring, professional, respectful, kind. I do not want to ever move but now knowing this team is there, it’s a no brainer who to choose.

Unreliable. I called to book moving. Reached voicemail. Later they called back but could not confirm availability until going back to their iffice. Said would call me back again, that day. They failed to call back. I called them back and reached Voice mail once again. Left message. I waited 2 days but never got a call back. Then I called another mover who answered the phone and confirmed availability on that call. Tiller is unreliable, not good for a mover.

I operate a furniture repair service in the Madison area. In early April, the manager John Lindauer brought me a broken wooden music holder from a piano his crew had damaged during a move. I immediately did the repair and called to inform him. I left him at least four voicemail messages, none of which he bothered to answer. After almost three months of silence, and because the item belonged to a mutual customer, I delivered it to her home and installed it, all to her complete satisfaction and at no additional cost to Tipler Transfer.Because I had served Mr. Lindauer a number of times in the past, I had no doubt that I would be paid for my services. I'm afraid my confidence was unfounded, because as of September 28th, 2020 , my invoice dated April 14th, 2020 remains unpaid. At no time during this period has Mr. Lindauer even once answered any of my voicemails or emails. The silence is deafening.Had my services been unacceptable (which they were not) or had the price of the repair been deemed excessive, the least Mr. Lindauer could have done was call me to express his concerns. In my opinion, this behavior is very unprofessional and a cause of concern to those considering future dealings with this firm.Philip W. CroomPhil the Furniture DoctorSun Prairie, WI.

John and his crew did an excellent job of packing, moving and unpacking our house belongings. In addition to the usual items, our furnishings included a piano, computer equipment and many pieces of fragile artwork. We received friendly and efficient service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Tipler Transfer.

Our realtor recommended this company for our recent move. I hadn't heard of them but trust her so we booked them. They showed up not only on time but a bit early! They immediately got to work. There were three of them and man they hustled so fast we couldn't even keep up. The next day when they moved us into the new house, they had FIVE guys helping. It was amazing. So courteous, fast and efficient. It was a big job and they were kind with senses of humor. AND! They even came in under budget. If we ever have to move again (Ugh I hope not) we'll use them without hesitation.

We used John and his crew to move across town. They showed up early and his guys hustled their butts off all day. Their was not a single thing broken and they were mindful of keeping the new house clean. They even came in under budget...Great local company to do business with.
