Out of stock of a lot of things so I quit going there. Every time I do a store pickup order they are out of something. Takes 5-6 hours a lot of times to get order. They hardly ever answer phone. Management and a lot of employees rude!

I used to love this Target and the people who worked in the service center. I would go out of my way to come here for the great energy and positive environment. I went to the store for the first time in a while and interacted with the rudest manager, watched her completely ignore her employee who talked to her and then heard another manager on a walkie talkie be incredibly rude while the check out person was helping me. What happened?? They used to have a happy go lucky kind of guy who was so nice and welcoming rather than scolding and biting managers who degrade their employees. There are still great people who work here, but the managers and the vibe of the store and customer care went from the best in town to the worst. I was so sad to see miserable employees who used to be happier. There were piles of stuff around the store blocking displays, Black Friday prep I imagine? It was not like that in years prior. I ordered at Starbucks and it took a pretty long time to get a tall latte, I really don't think I'll be back to the store as a customer -- the managers are driving people online and killing the store. I might as well go to Walmart with lower prices.

Love stopping at target for the yummy Starbucks but do you have issues with all the no agendas. You know with all the rainbows and junk. Still love shopping though..... even if there WOKE LIBERALS.

Not a target shopper. Just came to say how impressed I was about their customer service. Also it's a nice large store with many good selections. Just not my cup of tea but I can imagine many people would love it.

Apathetic. Especially for drive up/pick up orders. They'll fulfill one of many orders and expect you to return another day to get them or walk in to buy. Y'all that defeats the point of order pick up. Geez Louise.

Target is a fine store. The fact that they currently have a mask police person at the door, though, gets them five stars. Thank you. :)

This is definitely my most-frequented Target location. Overall I find the store to be consistently well-stocked, clean and easy to navigate. Especially with the Target app, it is very easy to find items around the store. I can typically find a staff member to help me if needed. And their in-store or curbside pickup process is super easy and convenient! I will add that I love the messages over the loudspeaker that tell shoppers if you're not comfortable wearing a mask they welcome you to shop from home! Clever, Target.

After moving towards the East side, this Target has become my new location to shop, although these days I've been using mostly order pick up. I have been completely impressed with the customer service of the employees, the speed of order pickups and the general store presentation and cleanliness. My experience as a customer has been enhanced by the customer service folks. I personally interacted with Sue, McKenzie and Jon at the front and then a lovely cashier whose name I don't remember, unfortunately! The staff make order pickups easy and they have been doing social distancing measures to keep everyone safe, which I really appreciate. Inside, this store is clean and updated -- it looks like Target has transitioned to an open retail layout with their clothing and accessories, which feels like shopping at a higher end store. I've shopped their grocery department and never run into issues with stock or food quality. I definitely recommend this Target! They have my order pickups ready within 4 hours or less (usually more like 2-3 hours) and they are friendly when I pick things up. It's a one-stop-shop and the people are great (even in pandemic conditions).

Great variety. My little girl will be so happy with their exclusive dolls. Mostly friendly employees at service desk and checkout but stockers and floor assistants are less than friendly.

We came out here early to check out the Vineyard Vines limited edition apparel and accessories. Well, it is limited compared to our St Paul stores but that's okay. No crazy rush to grab items here in Madison:) I found the selection that I wanted here without the mad rush of shoppers.

It's okay. Typical Target and the staff is nice, but the self checkout can get backed up with lines once in awhile. Probably could use some more staff. They're hiring now, so they're working on it.

I love target. I use my target red card and my cartwheel coupons, all which are awesome and help me save money. So many cool items and I love the home decor styles. But..... I'd give 5 stars but something has changed here. I shop here regularly. Like, weekly. It's gotten very messy and disorganized here over the past 4-6 months. It's starting to remind me of Walmart and that's not a compliment. I'm always willing to shop at target and spend a couple more bucks to avoid the messy and dirty aisles of Walmart. Half the time there's no price on the shelf for an item. I'm always finding trash and random boxes half unpacked and stocked from employees. This store is never fully put together like it used to be. I'm seriously wondering what changed here. I go here different days of the week and times and it's all the same. Messy, chaotic and dirty. Somethings gotta give. I really don't want to drive all the way to the Sun Prairie location or resort to target online shopping only.

Very clean and neat. Went there to buy some Pokémon cards for my nephews. Love the guy who was directing everyone to the register with no line. Good customer services.

Not awful, a pretty basic target. They often have the items I'm looking for and the staff tends to be helpful when I cannot find items. There is a new target app that you can use to scan items and receive discounts on your purchase. Pretty handy. Once when my phone died the cashier let me use their app for my discounts.
