Convenient place. I feel comfortable shopping here. I like the smile on employees' face. In store pickup, drive up pickup, and customer service is nice. I asked them about the red card welcome coupon and they provided me an accurate answer. I give 4 star because of the inventory accuracy.

Target generally is a silly sort of store -- they have a poor selection of way too wide a range of things. If a person needs socks and wine and laundry detergent and index cards all in the same trip, I guess Target is the place -- but the socks are going to be pretty low end, the wine isn't going to be very tasty, they don't stock normal products such as Woolite (though they do have every single scent of some d*** new brand no one has ever heard of) and the index cards, like all the little Target branded stuff, are made in China. This location adds to this misery the facts that (A) it is way too big to find anything in, and (B) the employees can't find anything in it either; I came in for a Covid test kit, and the aisle staff couldn't find them, and the pharmacist kind of laughed and said that they move stuff around so much he had no clue where they might be.

Hilldale Target is very convenient. It's near a bunch of really neat restaurants and stores. I oftentimes stop by Target after grabbing brunch at one of the local venues around the area on the weekends. I am a fan of their selection of snacks and dollar section!

Target has gone downhill over the last 10 years. Most of the asiles are not clean and tidy. When asking for help to find something the teenagers I had "assist" me gave me a bit of attitude. Isn't it your job to help others around you? Retail is not the same

I come to this target often, though it is in great shape and has the things you need, each time I come I wait over 20 minutes to checkout. This is a reoccurring issue whether in person or for self-checkout. A good reason to not visit. It's not the employee's issues as much as the management.

Went for an eye exam guess I can't complain I'm at Target. Customer service not a priority and optometrist is running 30 minutes behind. When I arrived it took 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Wishing I would have made a better choice for an exam.

Items I want are never in stock in my size, half of the time self checkout won't take my cards or Apple Pay. Sometimes the staff can be condescending or rude. Wish we had a better target.

I loved to shop at Target, finding that that they had almost anything that I needed at great prices. I also loved the convenience of having both a Target debit card and credit card. Recently, I checked my Experian, Equifax and Transunion bureaus, and found that all 3 bureaus had dropped significantly, as Target had closed my credit card account at their request, dinging my credit at all bureaus in a negative way. I was shocked, as I never had a late payment, and paid my card off on time every month. I callrd Target Guest Relations yesterday, to determine why they took this action, and was told that as I had not used the credit card in 15 months, they closed my account at their request, lowering my score. As the rude little minion that answered the phone was very unhelpful, I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was even worse. She stated that she would send my complaint up the chain of command, as this was company policy, it would not change anything. I then asked if that person could contact me about my tale of woe, and I was told no. This useless idiot did state that if I wanted to reapply for another card, that I could, though another inquiry would lower my score yet again. I am disabled, and this negative experience has left me feeling violated. I will never, EVER go to a Target store again. By the way, i applied for an Amazon Rewards Signature Visa Card this morning, and have already been approved with a much higher credit limit. I will never shop at Target again, and neither should you!

Similar to another reviewer's experience with this Target and coupon usage, it seems the new cashiers are not competent in understanding expiration dates and the usage of only "one coupon per purchase". The telecom system does not function well, and the managers are equally inadequate in understanding what is indeed proper customer service. When requesting to speak to a manager, the person behind the customer service desk claims "I am a manager", only to be told that her manager was the one that provided the wrong information and poor customer service by declining a coupon even though the expiration date clearly indicates today (4/15/19), which means the coupon is still valid until end of business day. However, the staff here does not seem to understand that and that is quite disappointing. Save yourself the trouble of going to this Target and just shop somewhere else. In fact, stop by the west side Target instead, as they will indeed accept coupons that this place supposedly declined.

I usually have great customer service here from the employees but I am dissapointed from my last trip. I use coupons sometimes to buy products and the cashier was friendly at first when ringing up my purchases. But when he read one of my coupons that said "one coupon per purchase" he was incompetent I believe because that means "per item" not per transaction. I've worked customer service for more than 5 years and this guy got upset really fast when I tried explainining it to him. He was rude and said "oh, interesting," as if i was lying. After that he passed the coupon but he was upset and it showed. Target please train your employees on your coupon policy. For now I will avoid this Target for any purchases with and without coupons.

Went there Saturday night for a little family fun, you know... pick out some candy. Look at some maternity clothing and along the way i found a huge gorilla mask. I couldn't help but put it on my dome and do a little dance. I'm glad the wife didn't die laughing. But i suppose if your gonna go, that would be an ok way to go.

I love Target, and this location is a particularly fine specimen. The staff is friendly and I have never had a bad experience with an employee here. The layout and decor are modern, bright, and inviting. The store us not dirty and it is usually well organized and neat. They always have a large selection of products in-stock and I can almost always (98% of the time) find what I came for. I definitely recommend this Target location. PLUS, they have a pretty good wine and liquor selection.

This is my favorite Target in the country -- they always have good staff and the store is always clean. Yeah, it's busy! This store services the University of Wisconsin - Madison and certainly during Back to School, it's crazy in there. But the store is always well-stocked and the managers are amazing. When I order online or with the app -- this is always the store that already has the item in stock. I can order, get an online discount and then pick it up right down the road. I ordered a quilt from Target.com and the site said it would be within 2 hours, well within 7 minutes, my order was ready. I picked up the blanket within 30 minutes of ordering it -- awesome. Definitely go here -- the people are great: Jon, Christian, Brandon -- they all have the store in capable hands.

This Target is huge, or as Donald Trump would say "uge!" A large parking structure under the store, which must be nice in the wonder. I came in here for Badger gear and was able to find some. The cost was less than $20/item compared to the $50+ cost at the Bookstore. Thank you! What did I learn today? If only the parking situation on campus was as accommodating.
