I would have rated it zero but one star is as low as you can go. I was only interested in having earrings changed out. My piercings are clearly long term and completely healed. I made an appointment for this service and when I got there, they refused to provide the service unless I purchased their earrings. This is not stated on the website. (I can understand if this was a new piercing but again, this was only an exchange.) This policy is not stated on their website. The earrings I was asking to be used were high quality titanium. Huge waste of my time and this policy regarding this service should have been clearly stated on your website, it's not. Hopefully, this saves someone else some time and hassle.

Lily was great, I highly recommend her if you can request specific staff. ! I had 3 piercings in one ear and was a little nervous. She explained every step, kept me calm, and asked how I was feeling and the pain level. She thoroughly reviewed after care instructions too. The shop was very clean and it was a pleasant experience checking in and out.

This place was amazing! My piercer, Ren, knew so much about piercing. She went through the process with me and explained how and why she was doing what she was doing. She clearly knew so much, and I trusted her completely with my ears. I plan on returning to get more pierced and cannot recommend STUDS enough!

Took my teenager to get their first set of lobe piercings. The piercer was great! She explained everything that was going to happen, made sure we were good with the process and marked locations, and the piercings went smoothly. She was very personable and did great with my kid.

Cannot say enough good things about STUDS and about my girl Kelly!! She is seriously one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She remembered me from the first time I saw her, and with each visit has made me feel so comfortable and always knows just how to tailor my piercing to me. She’s so efficient, sanitary, and makes the piercing as pain free as possible and as FUN as possible! I can’t wait to see her again soon for whatever we decide to do next to fill my ears <3

I had a good experience at Studs on Sate getting my ears repierced with Kelly this week. One ear took a little bit more effort and the other was completely pain free. I felt that she and the young lady at the counter were knowledgeable and Studs was using the best methods and jewlery to do piercings. I found a few pair of earrings I liked right away. They were happy to answer my questions and made me feel less nervous about getting it done. Kelly is skilled and friendly and did a nice job of putting me at ease. The after care information is very helpful. I highly recommend them, but suggest looking up where to park before you go as I thought the Lake St. Ramp was still there. It isn't.

Ren and Kelly are amazing!! I’ve been a few times and keep coming back from Milwaukee because the Experience and results are absolutely worth it! I cannot recommend enough, so happy a friend told me about it.

stopping in from out of town was an absolute amazing experience and I HIGHLY recommend. the manager was so helpful, kind, and informative. I got pierced by Ren, and she was amazing. I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say and I’m so happy with my piercings & overall experience. I HIGHLY recommend and can’t wait for my next piercing when I’m in the area! Thank you!!

I went to this place on April 27th . I got the sword earring for my second cartilage piercing that I’ve had for along time. Asked if they could put it in for me and was kinda uncomfortable when they put the earring in . My ear was hurting and thought it could just be from switching the jewelry. My ear still hurts till today and when I took the jewelry out to clean it saw there’s a second hole next to the already pierced hole I had . Not sure if the piercer was looking when putting the jewelry in I did hear a crunch when she shoved the jewelry in so not sure if that piercer knew what she was doing . In the picture you could see where it’s circled where she just shoved the jewelry instead of finding the actual hole. Would like my money back for that damage the piercer did.

I can not say enough good things about Studs! I was beyond excited to get pierced here and my expectations were beyond met. Lily was so welcoming when we first got into the shop and she helped me out so much with picking out jewelry. And the piercer, Ren!! She is so sweet and so honest, which I appreciate!! I got three piercings total so I was a bit nervous, but she made sure to wait until I was ready to complete all of them. She really does know her stuff, and I will for sure be making more appointments in the future. :)
