Good customer service from Meng, he was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was my plan had 360 Protection on it which I didn't want. I don't recall going over this so after the fact I had to remove it after being charged on my bill.Regardless, the in-store experience was good.

READ THE DEVICE CONTRACT!!!!!! We paid the entire 18 month contract payment and then went in to buy them for $150 and found out when you do that you don’t own the phone you just don’t have to make a payment on it anymore. SCAM
