I had an amazing experience with this florist sending flowers to my daughter at UW Madison. They went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful bouquet to her dorm, texted when it arrived, and made sure she received it! Great experience all around!

I ordered my mom some flowers for mothers day, I live out of town so they were being picked up by a family member. They didn't have the flowers I ordered online so she called to let me know of alternatives. I didn't really know the flowers by name so I agreed to them. I had ordered 20 stems of flowers but when they picked up the flowers, it ended up being only a few tiny stems of half dead flowers, they sent me a picture of them because they were shocked at how bad they were. My mom was going to bring them back to the shop but she didn't have time, and I didn't want her to have to be put out due to a mother's day gift that was supposed to bring joy. Would not order from here again.

I live in Florida and ordered flowers for a friend to surprise her. I found out 10 min later she was going out of town for the weekend and called to change the delivery date. I was told that the they couldn't change the date and that the flowers would be fine outside over the weekend. I questioned the cold WI weather. I was told that it would be like a fridge and be fine. This is what my friend returned to 48 hours later. Frozen water and dead flowers. What a waste. Surprised, yes. $100 well spent? No. Thinking of this company? Go somewhere else.

A great place where you can pick the vase, the flowers themselves (or a premade arrangement, they have those too), and some nice-to-add things like candles and mini-stuffed animals. The people have been very friendly too and helped me put everything together.

The service from one of the staff is so terrible. Impatient and so rude. Starting the payment even before I haven't finished my selection. Wrap flowers like garbage. Terrible.

First time ordering from here very disappointed to have this $169 designers choice plus delivery nearly $190 get sent to my wife. She got 3 roses, 1 broken snapdragon, two wilted hydrangeas, two dianthus ball, a couple of filler flowers and some blue delphiniums. Overall just all filler flower. I requested fall colors being its the season and mentioned that my wife loves ranunculus. None of my requests was met. Ver very disappointed. Please pay attention to request detail and communicate if your going a different direction. I’m nit even going to ask my wife what she thinks about her arrangement. Thanks for nothing.

A stunning flower and gift shop that makes beautiful artistic flower arrangements that are usually reserved for only big cities. Gorgeous flowers to choose by the bloom, bunch, or for the times when I need to order flowers for delivery - The owner makes everyone who comes in feel special and happy to know just how accessible the beauty of flowers and plants are even when on a budget. Love coming in here and grabbing a couple of fresh flowers to put in bud vases in my home. Tend to find myself lingering and looking at the super self-watering planters, plants, and fair trade gifts from around the world. Off the beaten path, and a definite gem!

Red Square provided the flowers for our "rehearsal dinner". They created beautiful arrangements, were prompt in communication, reasonably priced, and they took care of delivery and set up in a seamless way. I had been concerned because I couldn't be onsite for the setup because of the wedding rehearsal, a family member met them in the space and everything was place perfectly before she even arrived!
