My baby (15 month old) has been enrolled here for around 3 months, everything seems good (they took pictures and there are some activities) until last week: he came home with two scratches (bleeding) on his two arms, which cannot be caused with his long sleeves clothes during this cold season. We only saw it when we took him to bath. It looks like somebody's nail that scratched both arms during a diaper changing time or clothes changing time. However, there is no incident report and no explanation.The director stated that some teachers cannot speak English, that's why we did not receive any incident report, which in not acceptable at all. We assumed to stop the current enrollment today and was told since we did not obey the "2-week notice policy", we need to pay extra 2 weeks fee. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I thought we can end the program immediately based on what we have seen so far, but their "ridiculous statement" ignite me."WE DECIDED TO QUIT BECAUSE MY BABY WAS NOT TREATED WELL, WE CANNOT PREDICT THIS. IT IS NOT A PLANNED THING."I am not saying please avoid this place, but please consider my scenario before you make any decision.

I struggled with the thought of daycare and then my twins were born early najing it even more nerve wracking. I had NOTHING lined up, and I knew most places it takes a year. I contacted Kindercare Raymond Rd and April worked MAGIC! I was able to get both babies in within two weeks! The teachers, they give my kids back at the end of the day happier than when I left and exhausted from all of the socializing and playing. This location has some of the most personable people on staff and I thank my lucky stars I wound up finding this one.

Any description of the Raymond Road KinderCare has to start with "family". The leadership from Ms. April and Ms. Savannah set a tone of love, care and professionalism at this childcare center. Our family has been so thrilled with the care, engagement and joy that our one-year-old son has received over the past months. We have felt like part of a larger family from day one and the could not be happier with the genuine love that shines through at every level of this childcare gem nestled near Elver Park. We would recommend any new family checking it out!

April is kind and smart, so the kids love her and she runs a tight ship! They’ve been great for us.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of cigarette smoke. I should have walked out right then. During the tour we passed two workers 'watching' young children. They were on their phones and only looked up briefly to say hi. There was also a group of school aged children with no one watching them.
