By far, the best Planet Fitness I've been to, I think you guys made a good choice moving into the West Towne Mall. This one has more weights, equipment, and some new machines I can't find at the other locations within Madison. Man, I was amazed. Let's keep this place in good shape.

This planet fitness just switched locations and it is great! There are new machines and so much more space. They even have a machine for hip thrusts now!! And the people at the desk are always so so nice and keep everything super clean!

Edit: I love how the owner responds and doesn't even acknowledge that it is a problem with this location and the staff at the Mineral Point Road location. In what world does it make sense to complain about the Mineral Point Road store at the Verona Road store?
I have had great service at Verona Road. No one has ever treated me as poorly as they did at the Mineral Point Road location. Clearly, this owner does not care about their clients. As I mentioned in my review below, stay clear of this terrible location.

This location is pretty small and cramped. It's not the best location I've ever been to. The one on Verona Road is much nicer and bigger.
Also, I came in here with my brother as a disabled woman and a caregiver to him. The front desk staff made inappropriate comments to me and did not apologize.
They even had the audacity to come over and watch us like hawks while we exercised. Because they suspected we were up to no good.
I do not recommend this place if you're a type 1 diabetic like me. They assumed I was a druggie and up to no good. I had to go over there and educate them on proper etiquette. And even then, the woman who made the inappropriate comment to me had no response. She didn't care. Didn't care that she had humiliated me or made inappropriate comments.
Perhaps this place is only welcoming if you're not disabled. I don't recommend it. Also, their massage chairs were broken. This location is terrible.

Love the big windows/tons of natural light, No loud blaring music. Staff are welcoming. Always clean and plenty of equipment options.

Really great planet fitness. Been to many across America and this is one of my favorites. Lots of room and equipment and the times I have been going there hasn’t been much people anyway. Showers are sweet and I also love the hours of the gym. Definitely better than other pfs I’ve been to.

Staff is always friendly. I never feel judged by them when I come in. Great place, clean, fun, and judgement free.
Great place to work for people with anxiety, phobias, and insecure.

As a father of 3 girls, no way will I ever step foot in a place that panders to men in women's private spaces, and worse, punishes a woman for reporting such a thing! Unbelievable.Planet fitness should be ashamed.

The staff is friendly, the gym is clean and the equipment is awesome! Love the set up of machines and the separate rooms for stretching and circuit training!
