I had a lot of questions about a complicated and frustrating tax situation, and Mennega Tax—specifically Amy Thomas—helped me immensely. Despite being busy, they were responsive, professional, and kind. Amy was incredibly patient as I struggled to explain what had happened. I commend them for being ethical about their billing hours; they easily could have convinced me to pay for services I didn't need. I was honestly scared and anxious, but Amy took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me tremendously. Thank you, Amy!
Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout, and I truly appreciated how approachable and friendly everyone was, especially the front desk staff.

Our family has been using Mennenga Tax & Financial services for many years now. We have always had a good experience and never any issues with or taxes. They are personable, organized and very detail oriented. I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional tax or financial services.

MTF has helped us prepare out tax returns for over 15 years, and we were always quite satisfied. However, after my husband died, I asked our 'person' at MTF via email about the 'tax implications' of the funds left in his annuity. Acting on his haphazard response turned out to be very costly. Trust, but VERIFY.

I was with Mennenga for approximately 10 years and had a great experience with my first accountant there. Unfortunately, she left and I was placed with a new accountant. I found her to be arrogant, rude, condescending and difficult to communicate with.I would frequently wait weeks for a response and was made to feel a nuisance if I had questions. She made an error on my taxes twice which they did correct both times ( I understand these things happen) but at no time did I receive an apology, or was I made to feel like a valued client. I’m only giving this review a two (instead of a one), based on the fact that my earlier experience was good, and because I know of other people who have been very happy with their services. I, however was not as fortunate.

Rude‼️ I called to make an appointment, but since I would be a 1st time customer, no one could assure me I could be assisted. Forwarded me to a voice-mail, so I can wait to hear back if they would actually accept me. I hung up, & so should everyone else out there‼️

Wow. I could sing Lloyds praises forever. I met him through my Uncle who takes his finances seriously and doesn't trust just anyone. That's another high compliment to Lloyd's character. He treats you like family, is easy to reach, responds very quickly and really goes above and beyond with his clients. Our family is so fortunate to know him and he has become a great friend as well. Highly recommend this group!

I had been going to mennega for years. Dept of revenue audited my 2016 state taxes. Mennega did them. Didn't hear a word from them.
