I love MadCat. This location has an easy parking lot and a spacious store. There is even a large room up front with some store cats. The store has a great layout making it easy to locate the items you are looking for. I enjoy looking at their dog treat options. They carry a good variety of high quality brands. They also have fun cat toys up by the check out. This time I grabbed a bouncy ball with a few feathers attached. The staff member checking me out said cats enjoy playing with this toy on the stairs and that's exactly what my cats did. It's their new favorite toy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greeted my dog with a treat when we walked in. I always enjoy a good pet store, especially MadCat.

Moved away from Madison and cant find anything like it. I miss Madcat! Such an amazing pet store.

AMAZING STAFF!!!! They helped me find a good dry food for the kitten we rescued from the street, and were instrumental in selling us some products to help with his teething!! They remembered us and ask about him and loved on him when we went to visit. Can't say enough good things about them!!

Amazing place for pet supplies! They have all the best foods and treats that you can't get in a grocery store. The employees are amazing, and it's an incredibly welcoming environment.

They always give wonderful advice, and the delivery is a godsend for buying litter! Love all the fun toys they've got, and Louie and Paulie are always a delight.

Awesome locally owned pet store. Sometimes there are cats or kittens there from a local rescue who are available for adoption. Very cute place with a great variety of supplies and always friendly staff. A delight to shop here, and great way to support local business. And they have more than just cat stuff! They have dog supplies as well as some small animal stuff.

Beware of the car-eating, raised (7-8in.) utility cover in the parking lot next to the adjacent building. It's not visible to drivers when you're close to it.

Adopted a kitty a few days ago who has been refusing food while she adjusts to our home. Stopped by MadCat yesterday to pick up a variety of different food options for our nervous, picky eater and the recommendations made by the folks working we're spot on.
