air pump for inflating my tires wasnt working. Rude staff. Reminded everytime I come here how much I dislike it, dread the interactions with the people behind the counter especially at night.

I go here purely out of convenience but if you can avoid it I would. The food is not very good and a lot of the older employees are kind of rude to the younger customers.
Its interesting, living by here for the past few years I noticed a lot of younger employees in and out.. I wonder why that is? Maybe you just shouldn't come here unless your pushing 40 or so.
I also want to add the car wash damages cars. You can try to take it up with Kwik trip but they'll just say "we've had a lot of cars come through with no problem! We watched the security camera and did not see any damage".

Never any food fresh hot food late night, I always wishing coming in at night to purchase some as it's my favorite part of kwik trip and it's never there. Very sad. Missing business.

One of the older gentlemen there today couldn’t resist himself for insulting my hair. Sorry I have one dread hanging off my head. There’s no need for you to put your two cents in of disrespect anyway when you’re at work. And then you’re gonna say it’s just a joke. well it wasn’t funny to me. I didn’t laugh and I was already having a pissed off day so hopefully your manager can talk to you about respect to black customers.

Slowest Kwik Trip in town often resulting in nowhere to park, been going on for months. Corporate is aware and does nothing to address it. On average it takes me less time to go grocery shopping than it does to stop at this Kwik Trip for something to drink

This is the best Kwik Trip in Madison, will seriously go out of our way just for this one. It is always super clean, has friendly and knowledgeable staff and most importantly they are always well stocked. Their food freshness and availability is superior to other locations.

All of the staff is friendly and helpful here and they do a lot of problem resolutions like when the receipt tape runs out of the gas pumps They always have fully stocked shelves they are always happy to see us they've got a great attitude at the store lot of variety of products from food and car products and more big parking lot lots of gas pumps nice new facility

Cashier around 5 pm shift today didn't greet me, thanked or tell me my total but did to customer in front of me and behind me. Like thanks. I appreciate it.... Horrible. I paid and left. Maybe I should become a cashier and train these lazy people better.

I typically stop at this KT every day. Friendly staff, great coffee and the best carwash. I visit a lot of KT's in WI and a couple in MN, this store treats their customers the best ! Keep up the good work !

Kwik Trip! ⛽️This gas station chain is one of Wisconsinite's favorites for a reason. We got to Kwik Trip fairly frequently for gas, and my wife loves their food section. It's convenient, and there are locations all over near us.Their gas pumps are always tidy and well kept. We've never had to wait in crazy lines at the pump, which is great.At our location, there's an attached cash wash, which you can pay for while at the pump. This is a super convenient amenity for anyone stopping for gas who needs it.Their air pumps are easy to find to fill your tires up. Having the digital readout of the tire pressure as well as being able to set the optimal pressure and let the machine run is great. Way more convenient ryan, the older style air pumps where you need your own tire pressure gauge and have to stop and manually check the pressure while filling.Another huge win for Kwik Trip is their food. They have a great variety of take and bake meals, from fettucini alfredo to pizzas and lasagna. Their hot food area is also spectacular. Their cheese filled breadsticks could rival any pizza place, so garlicky and full of gooey mozarella. Their roller grill items are a favorite of my wife. Their eggrolls and taquitos are quite tasty as well. We've heard people rave about their fried chicken, and it looks amazing, but we haven't tested it yet ourselves.Their slushies are super yummy and very reasonably priced. The entire drink area offers so many choices between fountain soda, iced, and hot coffees, even freshly made smoothies.The bakery is also fantastic! Their pumpkin bars are so moist and taste homeade. The cookies we've tried were soft and chewy even being on discount because they were a couple days old.We would recommend Kwik Trip over any other gas station in the Madison area and especially this location. The workers are very friendly and helpful, and the location is always well kept and taken care of.Until next time! ?
