Klinke had entirely given up on honesty and customer support. It's impossible to actually talk to a person now, when you call it says clothes dropped off before 10 am are available by 4 pm Monday through Saturday, but when you use the in person kiosk (the only option since they've apparently given up hiring people) it says the items will be ready in 3 days.
So they have no issue at all blatantly lying to get you in the store then switching the service once you're there.

I dunno about the pricing (I can't even recall if it's listed) or the pros/cons of the self-serve--I just think the employee at the North Sherman location was *super* helpful and friendly, showing me the ropes. It's nice to have someone cheerful at work :). Good cleaning job on a coat, as well.

PRICE GAUGING…. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
$30 for 2 pair of old navy khakis is INSANE AND RIDICULOUS
No price list listed in building so you don’t have ANY IDEA on what price range each piece of clothing is going to cost . No estimated cost of shirts, pants, suits, dresses . NOTHING .
You walk in - expecting to have your clothes dry cleaned and they charge trumped up charges - based on each individual item. WHAT A DISHONEST WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
SOOOOO Disappointed at the operations of this business. WILL NOT BE RETURNING .

UPDATE GIVEN RESPONSE BELOW: The machinery is obviously to make robots work for positions that required labor from humans before. Not only is this bad for the economy, it required more work and effort for the customer who has to package and deliver their items into the system both in the computer and buy hands. A full time employee is there until 3p on weekdays and despite the answering machine still saying deliver before 10a for 4p service, that option is gone. UNDOUBTEDLY THE BENEFIT FOR CUSTOMERS HAS BEEN TOTALLY OVERLOOKED FOR THE BOTTOM DOLLAR OF THE OWNER. Disgusting individualism and I will not be giving my money to this business given their decision to rid their location of more laborers. If you can't afford employees, you don't deserve a business.
They changed this location to a kiosk. Not the same level of care. Not interested in supporting businesses that are not hiring people but instead opting to invest in robots and then pretend we don't have a national labor issue. Last time visiting Klinkes.

Sure my stuff was done fast, but every time I get my things back my express bag is missing. Now that it’s a no person in store operation, how do I get it back this time? Also, I’ve asked for no plastic bags each time and I always get them. What do I have to do to get you to stop putting my stuff in plastic. It’s such a waste and I would rather not kill our planet because I need my sweaters cleaned. I really wish there was a different option than Klinke.

Absolutely worthless at their jobs. Most of the time they are completely incapable of getting the most simple of stains out of clothing. I sincerely doubt they're putting any real effort into their work and then going ahead and charging you anyways. Absolute frauds.

At least twice a month I use their services, the latter left a lot to be desired, they delivered my clothes unironed, I did not receive them, the second time my husband picked them up and the same thing happened, the clothes were unironed and looked chewed up and for the third time Once I went to pick her up it was the same, they never did anything to her, I don't know if it's because of new staff but just as I think they have many dissatisfied customers ?
