It was my first time coming to this establishment and it will be my last. I live 45 minutes away and when I dropped off my wedding gown, I was told that it would be ready by Friday. I come on the following Tuesday for days after he told me that it would be ready and he tells me that it’s still being worked on and it will be ready tomorrow, the problem is I took off work to come in and pick it up. I tell him this and he tells me that I could call corporate and see if they can finish it today. Obviously I did not want to come back-and-forth from portage again again another 45 minute drive , I tell him this and he has no response. This place is trash don’t come.

I'm sure if you have items that can be dry cleaned, Klinke is probably good. However I brought in an item that needed stains removed, they apparently cleaned it (twice) but all stains remained. They informed me after the service was completed that they are unable to dry clean the type of coat I dropped off (it's an outdoor jacket) meaning they just washed it. I inquired why I was charged $16 then to have it dry cleaned if it wasn't dry cleaned. No good answer and wouldn't refund my money.Next time, please tell me when I'm dropping off my item that it can't be dry cleaned, not when I pick it up and you're charging me. It wasn't as if I dropped it off with a ton of other items either, I dropped it off completely alone

I just picked up my king size quilt from them. I assumed it is cleaned and did not check it at the store. A young lady was there at the desk. What I found out at home was: 1, my quilt must have stuck with something, it left dirty black track marks! 2, around the edges of the quilt are still yellow like before! Which I have to wash little by little on a big tub on my own! Because their work is really a low standard work! It was washed , but it is like not washed at all, and it costs me $47 .My last cleaning was a jacket, they did not do well either, So I don’t recommend this store, not to use them any more.Service: Laundry pick-up

You know the feeling when a business place makes you feel happy just because of the way they treat you? The feeling that you are the most important thing that happened to them all day? That's the way Barb at Klinke Cleaners, 2502 Monroe St, Madison, WI 53711, makes me feel. They have always done a great job with my dry cleaning and laundry, and done it very quickly. But even if they did just an OK job, I'd keep going back there because of personal touch.

They damaged a $200 dress. I paid $30 to have a dress dry cleaned — it was brand new but had gotten some deodorant stains from the fitting. I though dry cleaning would be a safer bet than trying to wash it myself. Wound up with snags all over a dress that I need to wear in 2 weeks to a wedding. They should have handled this fabric properly or informed me of the risk of snagging with their cleaning.

No longer open Saturdays and charges $19 to clean a single jacket. Looks like dry cleaning is another thing I’ll be giving up as just not worth the inflated prices anymore.Edit: the jacket is a normal length jacket, just enough to cover one’s backside. The attendant thought that the price was $16 or so for the jacket plus an extra charge of $3 and change for the hood. Still too pricey. It’s one jacket for almost $20. Plus not being open on Saturdays makes it more difficult to get things cleaned because normal people work during your business hours. All in all just not worth the price or hassle. I’ll just switch to wearing clothes that don’t need dry cleaning. First world problems, I know, but this seems to be the best way to go when dry cleaning, with you or your competitors, is no longer worth it

Great dry cleaning service, with a super convenient location for me! Totally love all the coupons that are always running around, and the drive-thru is great too. Thanks Klinke Cleaners!

They are open Saturdays. Got two of my bridesmaid dresses cleaned here and was impressed with the speed and quality of the service. Each dress cost $20 to clean, which I thought was reasonable. I’d go back!

REally disappointed with their service, their cost, thier quality and especially their transparency regarding service costs. They never seem to give me a straight answer and I am done with them.
