I brought some flowers from here and have them delivered it looks like a hot mess in the city. The flowers had brown stuff on them. I was mad luckily I got my money back.

Generally I go to Woodmans for grocery. This time decided to give Hyvee a chance. Meat, poultry and fish is a lot superior here. There is a butcher onsite. I got some salmon which someone skinned for me. It was fresher as well. They also have a lot of stuff baked in store. The banana bread was really good. I tried the pecan bourbon tart and banana creme tart. Pecan bourbon tart was better. They also have some food counters in the store. I tried the chinese one. General tso's chicken, fire cracker chicken, crab rangoon and chicken spring roll all was decent. And the price was reasonable. Overall this store is a lot smaller than Woodmans. Also number of products was a lot lower. Prices were slightly higher.

I love shopping at Hy-Vee typically - however, I ordered I decorated sugar cookies for an employee appreciation event at my community. They came decorated (beautifully, but not what I needed). When I called to get them redone, Emily was rude and condescending essentially just deflected blame onto "whoever ordered" aka me instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. I offered to bring them back & complimented but she instead was once again rude. She said we ordered sugar cookies w no jimmies. Upon arrival, she rolled her eyes didn't say much at first, then once again blamed the way I ordered it, switching the narrative saying I ordered jimmies. Emily in the bakery was recommended by one of our staff & I wish I could've had the same experience.

I bought a sushi poke bowl. This one was a large size. When the package was sealed, all you could see on top of cucumbers, avocado, sashimi with sauce, and a little dab of seaweed in the middle. Presumably, there is rice underneath since it's a poke bowl. When I sat down to eat it, turns out there was a whole mass of head lettuce hidden underneath. Like there was more lettuce than anything else. it's not a war crime or anything, but it made me mad all the same.

Bakery Ordered small buns ahead of time to ensure freshness. Did not realize until I was home that the buns were put in a box, not in a plastic bag or even covered. Just in the box, tossed in. Half of the buns were dried out. I picked up at the time I scheduled. Would have returned the buns, but did not have the time. Will never pre order any bakery product again.

My go to grocery store,but am very very diappointed you can no longer redeem fuel rewards at Kwik Trip locations. Can only use at a select few Shell stations,none of which are on westside or Middleton area. Rewards not that attractive anymore for me.

It's good, the only problem is that you can't pay with a foreign country visa card, and cannot pay with other services like PayPal.

I normally don't write bad reviews, but this one cashier is extremely rude and disrespectful of both her customers and coworkers. Every time I've been in her line, she has "corrected" the bagger on the type of bag I request, by then mixing and matching plastic and paper. The bagger had to stand there while she forced plastic bags upon me and my purchase "because it looked nicer". I've seen her do this more than once and to multiple people. Not only is she undermining her coworker, but she is completely disrespectful of my feelings. Over bags. Wow. I talked to the bagger at another time about this woman, and she said that complaints have been made to management, and nothing has changed. Unbelievable.

I had an event and needed good food that was convenient. Hy-Vee is always our go to for catering and they never disappoint. I ordered the slider bar , $13 a person and they count 3 sliders per person so you don't need to order for the exact number of guests. You can choose 3 different meats, two sides and it comes with all the toppings. They do deliver but I opted to pick it up and they were so helpful when I did. If you want good food and convenient this should be your first call. You can also select from many catering options on their website.

I always order my cake there for special event. I customize most of the time for birthdays, baby shower, baby dedication etc... I always satisfied. They are very good at communication. I usually send the picture of the cake via email and the always able do to something close to the picture.

I ordered via FTD and am assuming it was fulfilled via this florist (as the delivery said HyVee floral and this is closest location). I opted to have these delivered on a specific date. Instead of being delivered on my chosen date, they were delivered a full week earlier, ruining my surprise. I am having another delivered (courtesy of FTD), but the effect is severely diminished due to the inability of folks to read dates correctly.

Hyvee is our favorite cake and cupcake bakery. We have used Hyvee for birthdays and celebrations personally and for work events. Their cake artist (Kim) will help you come up with the perfect design. Most recently we ordered 4 different cupcakes for my daughters 14th birthday, they will arrange the cupcakes into what appears to be a cake. Hyvee gives a personal touch to any of your needs.
