I have a rare disease (1 in a million and 1,000 cases worldwide) it’s called TRAPS. It’s a genetic auto inflammatory disease. Hoey is where I receive my LDN from. LDN is very helpful in those who have chronic pain conditions. I’m extremely grateful for Hoey and their unconditional support. You are going above and beyond for your clients. I had a prescription from my Vet. It was a full jar of product. $54. Got refill and there was only very very small amount in same type jar. $59. Questioned person in store and he said we gave you too much the first time. Indicated they would have to charge $60 for full jar. I told him you charged me $59. Told him I wanted to see the prescription and said he would call Vet which he never did.Steer clear of this group they are unethical and refuse to deal with there mistakes.by giving sleezy answers when they are wrong.

I love Hoey! They "make"/fill a rare medication of mine and each pharmacist and staff member is always incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond to help me learn about the medication. I'm super impressed by this place.

We absolutely love hoey. They make the antibiotic for our cat odd, and he has made such a huge improvement since he started taking it 2 years ago. Don't know what we'd do if this wasn't an option for our cat. He thanks you!

I've been using Hoey Apothecary for years. They blow me away with their 100% meticulous customer care. I use compounded hormones, and the pharmacy staff has always been attentive, kind and perfect in chasing down the details of refills and various needs while I travel. I have used other compounding pharmacies, and by far Hoey is the best. Their staff is fantastic, warm and kind.

Super knowledgeable staff, love the store itself. But the main thing for me is they're able to compound meds for my cats. I've been able to get cream for several senior cats over the years, some for meds the vet wasn't aware of being something you could do that with. Not having to wrestle with a fragile 20 year old cat anymore was a lifesaver.

I'm very thankful for all the staff did for me and my two cats. For the past few years, they have compounded medication for my cats. They even pushed my vet so hard to update the prescription that the cat could have it refilled in timely manners. I really (and still) wish I could keep them even after I moved out from Wisconsin!

I am so grateful this place exists and all the people in it are amazing!!! I recently experienced a dip in my milk supply so we picked up some donor milk and the lovely lady at the front educated me on my milk supply and supplements to maintain it. She spoke from a place of motherhood and what’s helpful from the store, and I so appreciated that!! She even let me nurse my little boy in the store comfortably. I will definitely be coming back with my baby. Thanks for all the wonderful support!!
