A great goodwill store

Bought from them a few times never a issue, this yr I bought 2 chains, one as described the other wasn’t the one that wasn’t was broken and appeared different so I sent a msg along with the pic, I open my packages in front of my ring as soon as I get them which shows proof of a item delivered anyway in the meantime I went to get the chain repaired when I found out it’s not real gold, so I requested to return the item, meanwhile they vengefully blocked me from buying, well that’s not cool, my local goodwill was shocked since I donate all the time.
Just know this was an error on their behalf and they punish you over it.

This goodwill feels less like a thrift store and more like a department overstock resale store (like five below and TJ Max). Like a few In the Madison area this store is definitely a goodwill where anything interesting is scooped out of donations and sent to their online retail center, I do understand it could be it just doesn’t receive as many donations but I would pass this store if you’re looking for anything more than clothes.

Returning to Madison means that I get to visit this Goodwill spot again! The shop was very clean and organized, which sometimes is tough for thrift shops to do. Our cashier was super friendly and there was a speedy checkout process. She offered to wrap things up that were glass and wished us a great day.The selection here is usually great for housewares and clothing -- my two biggest categories! I find great glass pieces and usually a vintage looking item or two will be on the shelves. This is a smaller Goodwill and the parking lot is a bit tight, but they are my favorite location and I'll always drop by.Also their donation center is a quick and easy drive through -- love that!

Big store with very little variety. Blu rays were the highest price ive seen at any "thrift" store.

Nice wide variety of clothing, household, and miscellaneous items. Clean store, lots of parking, and average resale store prices.
