This place is reasonable rent per month very affordable. Electric would be a plus if one were to agree to paying an electric fee each month

Very reasonable, but I did get broke into. Mgr said he called me but I never received it. That part was not pleasant. Other than that he has been great to work with. Doors should seal better, caused some water damage to my furniture.
