Scheduled online ,informed 14 min wait,when I arrived was told no record of check in and was a 2 hour wait if I wanted to reschedule,no thanks will look elsewhere in future

Lake Hallie, WI - Morgan was fantastic and patient with me explaining (poorly) what I wanted done. She took her time to listen throughout, and the cut was perfect. Great experience!

Took my son in today for his first professional haircut and Megan was his stylist. He was nervous at first but she was so kind and patient with him. His haircut turned out great and he loves it. Thank you so much!

Received a haircut today from Angie. She has been one of the only cosmetologists that has truly skin-faded my hair like I've requested, and paid close attention to detail. I generally prefer not to go to franchised hair salons, but today Great Clips did a better job than 90% of the other salons I have been to. I would absolutely be back when she is working.
